    radiator leak

    Have a leak in one of my rads. I called last night, after I found Water Works on the internet in a google search. The person who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. She booked me an appt for today. They called this morning to find out if the plumber could come earlier. He arrived. Very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. Provided temporary solution until we decide if we will proceed with the project. I feel this is a company i can trust.

    plumbing services

    Quick, courteous and on-time. Found the problem right away and completed the work quickly and in a clean fashion. Very honest and reasonable fee. I would definitely call him first for any plumbing work in the future.

    toilet leaking

    After a stressful day trying to figure out how to solve the leak Michael arrived and within 30 minutes identified the issue and fixed the leak. It was easy! I'd highly recommend their service anytime - it was as easy as a phonecall... thanks Michael!

    Sump pump emergency replacement

    Identified the problem and got a replacement in in top time with no fuss or dithering. Will recommend to friends, will definitely keep the card in a handy place. :)

    sump pump repairs/replace

    Called Waterworks to have some kitchen plumbing repairs and sump pump replacement done. They were actually able to fit me in a few days before my scheduled appointment, which was great. George was very friendly and professional, and explained the repairs that were required, including providing a written quote (which did NOT change after the work had been done), before starting the work. George completed all the necessary repairs very quickly and cleaned up once the work was done. George did a fabulous job and I would recommend him to anyone !!!!

    Dishwasher Installation

    Called Water Works late on a Saturday evening. Spoke to Jean, who was wonderfully pleasant and accommodating. She advised that I could have someone come to the house this same evening to remove an old dishwasher and install a new one. I certainly didn't expect that the job could be done so quickly! They sent George who was exceptionally courteous, professional and meticulous. He explained was it was that was needed to be done so that I knew what to expect and exactly what it was that I was paying for. George did a wonderful job and even went so far as to clean up the work area. I was very pleased with the work and George's professionalism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone out there looking for a plumbing service. They do great work. Perhaps you'll even be as lucky as to speak to Jean over the phone and have George come and do the work for you. Both of them deserve raises! Thanks!

    Leaking Shut Off Valve

    Called and booked an appointment for Friday AM. Received a call back before the scheduled time that they were backed up with a big problemn at another customer which was OK with me because I was working from home that day. Michael arrived just about the time they said he would and gave me several options on how to repair the problem. He fixed quickly and explained and pointed out a couple of other things that I could do myself at no or low cost. Very personable and efficient. I would recommend Water Works to anyone.     Basement valve replacement.

    My basement valve was leaking bad that leads to the backyard hose. Needed to be repaired quickly, we could not water our gardens in the backyard. George did a great job explaining what the best solution was going to be and fixed it perfectly.

    Basement drain (flooding)

    George promptly recommended options and let us take time to choose, which was to do a camera scope of the drain... The clog was found, then cleared. And before leaving he asked if there was anything else we needed. We then had George replace the kitchen tap with a new one we picked up At costco. The price for both jobs was very reasonable, and we are planning for George to return and fix our poorly working showers. Excellent service!!!!!! Thanks George!

    Failed sum pump

    Our sum pump failed after a heavy rain storm, and the basement started to flood. I called Water Works in a panic and they sent someone out right away. Michael calmly assessed the problem and corrected it. He also advised me what some of my next steps should be. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definately recommended their services to anyone in need. He also called the next day to make sure the pump was still working. Thanks, WaterWorks.
