    Clogged Toilet

Had a clogged toilet (trial size liqour bottle). George explained all the costs and process upfront. It was difficult to get the bottle out, had to remove the toilet, but I wasn't surprised because the possibility was explained to me prior. In addition, he kept me informed every step of the process to ensure I'm agreeable to what he would be doing. Was very happy with the service! Even purchased the Service Partner Membership :)

Unblocking a plugged kitchen sink drain.

My mother's kitchen sink wouldn't drain and I couldn't solve the problem myself. Mike came at the time promised, on a Sunday morning, and did a great job. He was very careful and left no mess even though it was a messy job. He explained the work and the cost beforehand and gave my mother a seniors' discount. I would recommend the Water Works without hesitation.

    Dishwasher Installation

I got a dishwasher not knowing anything about how difficult it really is to install it, especially when I didnt have one before. So, I went on line and came across the Water Works add, thought it looked cute, called for an estimate, George came and saved the day. Everything was complete within 3 hours. He did a great job, I highly recommend him. Thanks Geroge.

    Plumber

Michael came yesterday to repair the temperature gauge on two shower faucets and re-assemble a bathtub drain. We had other plumbers in to fix both problems and they had left with cheque in hand and incomplete jobs. Michael came in and was knowledgeable about the exact problem we had and was able to fix everything for us. Thanks Michael!

replace toilet, fix leak in pipe leading to shower

Thank you George! I called Waterworks to investigate a leak in my bathroom shower and a problem with our toilet. They were very helpful on the phone and George came the same day. George was courteous, explained very clearly what the problem was and what my options were in terms of fixing it. He did everything he said he would in a very timely manner and I barely knew he was here! Very friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in your home. Very satisfied with George's service and I would definitely call him again.

Toilet repairs, faucet repair and shower repair

We had no pressure in our second floor shower so it was practically useless. WE also had two toilets that were constsntly running and a leaky faucet. We called Waterworks and left a message. Mike called back within minutes and we scheduled a service call. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problems and remedied the leaking toilets and faucet quickly. He then had to locate a special tool to fix the shower which he did in a very timely manner. The shower now works again. Mike is very knowledgeable and full of advice. We would highly recommend Waterworks for plumbing issues.

    bathroom plumbing

Michael of this company, was able to temporarily repair this problem, about three years ago, for approximately $500. When doing so, he explained clearly that this was only a temporary "fix" - so I was prepared to have to deal with this ongoing, and indeed very worsening problem. His temporary fix lasted for almost 6 months; he guaranteed it for 90 days, at the time. Thus far, the problem of the constantly running bathtub faucet, has apparently been successfully addressed by George, yesterday. What remains to be completed is re-tiling, which Michael has arranged for, to take place on Saturday.

    Answer from pro:

There was lots of water in the basement, George investigated the various possibilities, located the problem, did a thorough examination using a camera, advised on long-term approaches to a solution; and left the site tidy.

    toilet adjustment

My toilet started overflowing last night. I expected a three day wait and a $120 service charge just to look at the problem. In the event, Michael came out today after a morning call, fixed the problem in five minutes, and charged me a grand total of $50. Will definitely be using this company again the next time I have plumbing trouble.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Jen, quite often repairs are just simple adjustments done by our professional plumbers. They don't need to be expensive to be high quality.Just the right solutions are all that is needed. Thank you for your great feedback. Michael Yuffa,The Water Works Plumbing & Drain Inc.
