    toliet replacement

    after having repeated problems with my toilet i called waterworks on friday am and they were very accomodating to come the evening. geoerge was very helpful he showed me the problems with my toilet and the costs or repair vs replacement. we decided it made more sense to replace. he did the work quickly, quietly and cleanly. he was very proffessional and helpful to me in understanding what was wrong and how much everything would cost to fix. i now have piece of mind that the job was done well and there wont be any more problems going forward thanks george

    plumbing

    I received a phone call to let me know that the plumber would be arriving in half an hour and Michael arrived exactly on time and was completely professional. He fixed a clogged toilet and gave me some options but never pressured me into getting more work done than what was needed. He even showed me the best way to use a plunger. He was a huge help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Water Works to anyone.

    Plumbing - Water Valve Replacement, Faucets

    Our home was preparing for a birthday party. The water valves had burst. Guests were on the way. George arrived bright and early. He was able to assess our predicament and make his recommendation. He was courteous, professional and pro-active. He was resonable and flexible with our requests. I would strongly advise anyone to request for George when recieving services from the Water Works Plubming company!!

    Several plumbing problems

    There were 3 problems that I needed to get looked at by a pro. 1) the emergency valve on toilet was seized. 2) the water pipe to the outside was leaking. 3) The laundry tap was leaking. I made a request for an appointment on-line and was called back first thing the next morning. They came over on the long weekend (without extra charge) to fix the problem. George was very professional and explained the problems/solutions step by step. Very happy with the work. Thank you.

    running toilet

    Contacted Water Works to repair a running toilet. George came to the house, took steps to ensure he would not bring in dirt, and gave a complete outline of what he believed the problem was and provided more than one solution. After picking one he quickly set to work and completed the job in a timely manner. He than showed me the fixed toilet, the parts he had removed, and the parts he replaced them with, cleaned up and was done very quickly. He was professional in his communication and manner. Excellent job. Would definitely use this company again.

    Install kitchen sink/faucet, dishwasher hookup

    I called Waterworks due to all the good reviews here. They were easy to set up an appointment with, and George, the plumber, was prepared and quick. I renovated my kitchen and had the sink and faucet still left to install. George also had to reroute the drain pipes underneath. He also found something strange with the dishwasher - the hookup was on the cold water tap. It was good to find out about that and I might call them back to fix it. I also was going to snake the bathroom sink drain, but George found the problem so I ended up not having to, which was fantastic. Overall, though the prices were a bit higher than I expected, it included everything, and everything was done very well, with George explaining everything to me very clearly. I'll definitely consider them again next time I have plumbing issues (hopefully not for a while!)

    Plumbing Replacement

    George arrived on time,was neat and tidy in his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what was required. He double checked all of his work and left the site clean. He is very professional in his skills and his manner. Waterworks uses a flat rate pricing system where you see only the total estimate for the job. If you have more than one job done at the same time you still pay full rate for all of the jobs. As the plumber and truck only come one time and only issue one bill there is a saving to Waterworks when they can do more than one job at a time. They do not pass any of this saving to the customer. Their work is excellent, there pricing could be better.

    needed to find special parts for an old shower faucet

    I could not shut off the hot water faucet from the shower. I have an old fashion hot and cold shower faucets that would give any vetern plumber heart failure but Michael saved the day. He had to run to several places to pick up parts that would specifically fit the old fashioned handles. He needed washers and whatever else that needed attention in order for everything to work. He was neat and totally trustworthy. Best of all, he saved me lots of money!

    fixing toilet

    toilet needed servicing, called waterworks, showed up same day,toilet to old, george did his best to keep it alive, came back three times, no charge, explained options, including replacing it, which we did, everything done, quick, clean and fair, very happy, thanks guys

    leak in dining room cieling

    We discovered a leak in our dining room cieling and we did not know what to do.I called Water Works Plumbing and Michael discovered that the grouting in our shower was cracked.He scraped and cleaned out the debris and caulked the area so neatly. It no longer leaks and we are once again thrilled with Water Works Plumbing servicesThanks Michael!.
