    Toilet Clog

    I called at around 9am and was told they would be here late morning. Michel arrived just before 12pm and on time WOW. He was friendly and very understanding. He walked me through a few senerios that may occur and explained the prices. I appreciated this as I had a clear understanding what I may have to spend without any surprises. My toilet was clogged. In the end my promblem was resolved. I used WaterWorkes last year as well for my grandmothers house and she was very pleased with the the work as well. I recommend this company and its excellent services to anyone as well will be letting other family members and friends know of the excellent services WaterWorks provides.

    Toilet Blockage

    Within an hour of calling, a plumber showed up and clearly explained my problem (a toothbrush lodged in the trap of my toilet!). George worked quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. He sorted us out and I will call them again without hesitation - but hopefully not for the same reason! Thanks!

    Problems with noisy pipes/plumbing issues

    Michael came immediately after I placed the call. He was very thorough in assessing the issues that I was having with my hot water recirc line and a noisy check valve. He gave me a list of "fixes" that I should consider. He was calm and courteous. I am really glad I called!

    Fixed broken sewer pipe to street

    Michael arrived within two hours of us calling on a Sunday in a panic. Sewer pipe to street was backing up in our basement. Very professional, quality work done on time.

    toilet see and install, outdoor faucet additions

    came when booked, brought what was required,called in another man so all work could be done. cleaned up after! Scheduled to return to do my exhausting of the dryer in a better way

    Bathroom Renovation

    After running into a situation that I could not handle while renovating a bathroom I had to call in the services of experts. I made a number of calls to receive quotes and decided to use Waterworks. They were upfront on the cost, used the hardware I had already purchased, without question, and were able to finish the work the same day. Courteous, they made sure the job was done right, that I was in all decisions and maintained the cleanliness of our condo while they worked. Knowledgeable and excellent in all the work done. No hidden cost and I can sleep at night knowing they are a phone call away if I need them again. Perfect example of over delivering.

    Leaking Toilet

    My wife and I are avid DYIs and in the process of fixing one plumbing problem (successfully I might add) we discovered another problem that was beyond our skills. We made an emergency call to water works and they had someone to our house within a couple hours (on a Sunday)! The customer service person on the office phone was very friendly and helpful. Michael (the plumber who came to our house) was great. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He not only fixed our problem but he took the time to talk to us about other problems we have and he showed us around our furnace room and explained the various shut off valves etc.

    clogged toilet

    For the past three weeks our toilet has not worked. Tried plunging several times but didn't work. Called Waterworks, excellent phone service, professional and courteous. Toilet now works, thank you.

    Main Drain Blockage

    We had just finished renovating our basement one month prior to the blockage. We received a prior quote from another company who insisted that the ONLY solution was to rip up the entire basement and replace the entire main drain and the quoted price (outrageous) was only valid if we signed immediately without obtaining another quote. When Michael arrived the next day - we explained the situation, advised that we had received another quote and wanted his opinion on solutions. He was prompt, very professional and honest in his opinion regarding our options. When the work was competed the next day, the work crew was, once again prompt, courteous, worked very quickkly and completed a large job in one day and cleaned up the site properly before they left. It was a pleasure and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending Michael and Water Works.

    bathroom shower

    Thank you! It was an unexpected emergency on a weekend and George showed up to help. He really had a big job to do, and was very helpful and professional. We will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
