    Trap replacement - Lavatory

    George just left our home. His work was very professional. Quick, clean with quality finish. It took less than 45 minutes and no mess for us to clean afterward. George clearly and patiently explained the options and cost before doing the work. No hidden cost at the end, other than GST.

    Shower faucet and sink drain repairs

    I found Waterworks online by searching 'good plumbers in Toronto' and I liked their website and customer reviews. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs in a timely manner and provided quality work. From my previous experiences it was never easy to find a reliable and quality plumbing service in Toronto so I was very happy to use Waterworks because they provided a top-notch service.

    Leaking Bathtub Faucet

    New homeowner-had noticed during inspection that the ceiling was water stained below the upstairs bathroom. However, we were unsure if that was an old or a current issue. After moving in, water started to seep through the ceiling drywall and we cut the drywall to expose the issue. We could not identify the source of the leak ourselves nor could a local plumber we called in for a diagnosis. We then called Waterworks and they sent a plumber within an hour to take a look. George was great. Personable, professional and patient as he explained what he saw. It only took him about 20 minutes to find the issue (defective faucet) and it was repaired the same day. We look forward to engaging Waterworks and George for future projects within our century home.

    Basement Floor Drain

    You can't help but trust Micheal as soon as you meet him, he has a quiet soft mannerism that is very comforting. At jobs end I had some concerns about the dirt around the house and the pricing quoted. At all times he keep that same demeanour and address all my concerns. He hired a company to clean my home and they were exceptional. This is the company and guy for those of you like me who don't know anything about plumbing. Our drain problem, not a problem anymore.

    Ceiling Leak

    We had a mysterious leak in our ceiling, not sure if it was from the roof or not...Michael came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem right away. I will definitely use Waterworks in the future if I need to! Very friendly and efficient ! Thanks, Joanne

    Shower Rough-In Service Call & Quote

    I had Waterworks come and quote on the rough-plumbing of a new shower. They provided a quote only and did not do any actual plumbing for me. You have to make sure they are the right type of plumber for your needs, though: Many big consumer/homeowner plumbing companies (all highly rated here at Homestars) provide premium quality and service. They can have someone at your house in an hour to do whatever you need. Premium service comes with a premium price. Waterworks is no different. Your other option is a more traditional plumbing contractor. They may have an emergency service, but for non-emergency work it will generally take them a few days to get someone to your house. They will be significantly cheaper than ANY of the big consumer companies (not just Waterworks!) I didn't know this when I called Waterworks. I declined to proceed with their quote, and instead hired a more traditional plumbing contractor. They soonest they could send someone was 3 days later, but I paid significantly less...they also didn't wear booties when they were walking through the house.

    Clogged Kitchen Sink

    Better late than never for this review..... :) decided to go with Water Works base on customer reviews... George arrived on time... very professional, courteous and friendly.... he went to work immediately and after several mins. of snaking our clogged sink to no avail...he went out of his way to determine where the problem was and resolve it/them. Finally had to remove the clogged pipe, cleaned them and put them back in (definitely not as easy as it sounds as we have a finished basement)... anyways, problem solved and George took the time to verify everything was working fine before leaving.. couldn't be more please and satisfied with the service... Thanks!

    Leaking radiator

    My husband was away for the weekend and I had a leak through the walls from our third floor radiator. I called Waterworks and Jean returned my call in minutes. She sent Michael to help me out and he assessed the problem and had it solved in a very short time. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable - I will definitely use them again. Great service!

    reseat two toilets

    we had two toilets that had been installed by Plumbing Mart in the summer of 2009 and they constantly leaked and needed to be reseated we called water works and they came in less than 24 hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them

    Fix leaking pipe,moved outdoor tap shutoff, fixed toliet

    The Water Works team was on time, efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. Two employees showed up to assess the issues I wanted repaired and we discussed the options. In the end I decided to get all my concerns fixed in one visit. I will definitely be using Water Works for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks!
