    Kitchen Plumbing Problem

    Very friendly customer service when booking appointment, a considerate contractor who called to understand the nature of problem before arriving, and a professional job well done. All-in-all a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

    Repair of Bathroom leaking pipes

    Our upstairs bathroom had a leak beneath the tub. The leak was damaging the ceiling below the bathroom. Our technician, George, identified the problem and replaced the pipe in a very tight space without damaging the surrounding walls or fixtures. I was very please with the service. We discussed and agreed to prices before the work began. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Laundry faucet

    I moved into my home last week and i needed a plumber right away! michael was refered by a close friend and i called right away. he came the very next day and met all my needs and checked out my entire home and made me feel at ease with my new home. he even pointed out that there was asbestos inthe basement which i am thrilled that he brought it to my attention and it was also dealt with he was kind, and pleasant and was easy to deal with. i would really recomend him, and his company to

    Plumbing repair

    Very happy with the service, quality and professionalism that Water Works Plumbing & Drains, showed us when we had a burst pipe in our basement. George, the plumber, addressed the problem immediately and fixed the problem on the spot.

    Toilet valve replacement

    George, the Waterworks plumber, was very courteous and friendly. He quickly determined the problem with the toilet and proceeded to provide a documented quote for repair. George then installed a new, more efficient, valve within 30 minutes after arriving. Would recommend George to others.

    Clogged Toilet

    I like that Water Works is easily accessible because they are open late. I called late yesterday night to get a plumber and they were able to get me one the very next day. My service technician was George and I thought he was very professional. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what I was going to be charged. He ensured me that he would use the less pricey method first before using the more expensive method, which I thought was very honest of him. He also cleaned up my bathroom afterwards, which was very considerate. Overall, I thought George did an exceptional job and I would definitely call back if I have any other plumbing issues.

    Toilet fixed

    I called WaterWorks at 5:00 pm and George was promptly at my door at 6:30 pm as promised by the dispatcher. George answered all my questions and finished the job in a very professonal - timely manner. I would refer George of WaterWorks to friends and family in the future.

    Leaking bathtub

    After bathing my 2 toddlers, I found a puddle under the tub and in a light fixture downstairs. After finding Waterworks on Google, George arrived and found our problem in a timely fashion. He was respectful, helpful, and made suggestions to improve our bathroom. I will use Waterworks and request George in the future most definately.

    boiler heating repair

    good service, prompt response. Very Experience technician came and solve prob(hydronic boiler was leaking at neck of release valve) very fast and efficiently. Parts replaced and extra items at no charge, very pleased with service, willing to recommend him to neighborhoods.
