    Broken shower faucet

    I called Water Works in a panic on a Saturday morning when my shower faucet came right off and water was spraying all over the place. They came over immediately and George the plumber fixed the problem very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing assistance.

    Drain backup and low pressure toilet

    First off I had live person answer the phone after hours. I called another place that was recommended on this site but got a recording which means they didn't get my business. The main problem was a backed-up bathtub and sink but I also had a secondary issue with the toilet. George assessed the situation and walked me through on how we was going to fix everything. About an hour or so later he was done and everything was in working order. It cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but worth it knowing it was done right. I definitely recommend the company & George. Great job!!!

    sewer drain root cleaning

    Called them up and had George at my house in just over an hour. He snaked a blade through the cleanout and got the water flowing but on inspection with a camera, we found that most of the roots were still intact. He kept at it until all roots were cleaned out. He took his time and did an excellent job. George was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave great advice. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing expert plumbing service!

    Replace toilet

    I needed to replace a toilet and upon calling Water Works I got Jean who told me she could have a plumber for me that afternoon to assess the job. George arrived and on reviewing the situation I asked when the job could be done. I was amazed when he said "How about right now"! And he did it on the spot having everything he needed in the truck. He did an absolutely great job - clean and fast. Bravo George. I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Water Works to my friends.

    Burst Valve, leaking in basement

    I had a pipe leaking all over my basement floor, and a busted valve, I needed it fixed ASAP. They came within an hour and fixed everything and more! They fixed a couple other leaky valves for free. They were professional, polite and left the work space in better condition then it was before they arrived. Highly recommended!

    snake a shower drain, fix pipe to toilet and replace 4"pipe

    When I phoned the company Jean was pleasant to deal with as we set up the service call. George maintained my initial positive impression as he clearly described the work that needed to be done and carried it out in a friendly, professional and efficient manner

    Basement Flood

    We had a basement flood and needed to locate the problem. Mike was insightful and extremely helpful. I would recommend Waterworks without hesitation and will use them again and again in the future.

    Toilet replacement

    Las nite our toilet got plugged up and Michael came by very late. My husband broke the insides of the tank so Michael replaced it with a new toilet that looks great and works even better.I always recommend Water Works to my neighbours,family and friends.     putting in new plumbing for sink and fridge line for ice

    George showed up and was helpful with our concerns and showed us great alternatives. He did the work needed and cleaned up afterwards. He came with all the equipment needed to get the job done and did so in a timely fashion. This is the second time I have used Water works and each time I have been very happy with the results. I highly reccomend Water Works staff and thank George for all the work done today. Thanks Susan

    drain cleaning and general plumbing

    George was very prompt and quickly assessed the problem. He took care of it quickly and finished the same day. He knew what he was doing and did a great job.
