    Sump pump replacement

    Had a broken sump pump. Larry from waterworks examined the pump and advised us to get a new one as soon as possible. He had one on him, and was able to efficiently install the pump. I was extremely happy with his service!

    Waste Disposal Unit & drain clog

    We have a waste disposal unit which we use correctly & regularly, but as can happen, the system backed up and we needed help quickly. Michael & Natasha took care of us and were incredibly nice to work with. We had an additional related issue that needed another visit, and after some discussion to determine the problem, Michael came out the next day to sort us out and take care of it. I bought the service agreement as I know I will call the Water Works for all our plumbing needs down the line.

    Quick, Professional, Quality

    What is it you look for when you're looking for someone to do a job. Someone that is professional, quality, quick and kind. These are all words the describe Michael and the team at Waterworks. I had several issues (toilet replacement, drain issues, shower problems) and Michael came in evaluated the problems, worked quickly, explained everything, got approval every step of the way and was dedicated to resolving the issues in the best possible way

    Shower faucet repair

    Needed a shower faucet valve replaced due to calcium build-up; WaterWorks responded to my query within one hour, and sent a plumber out within the next couple days. The plumber, Larry, identified the problem right away, and was very efficient in his work. He took the time to go over the invoice and explained all the costs. I live in a condo building that is serviced by a contracted plumbing company, but WaterWorks's service and expertise was way better. Definitely recommend.

    Diagnostic

    Previously, Larry came to fix the handle in the bathroom and he was very helpful and patient even though he had to wait for me for 30 minutes due to miscommunication. Today, Michael came to diagnose a leakage problem in the bathroom and he was very quick and to the point. He was very kind and also gave me relevant and useful advice.

    Bathroom Faucet Leak Repair & Bathtub Drain Clearing

    Called Waterworks after coming across their positive reviews on Homestars. Spoke with Natasha, who was courteous and professional when scheduling my appointment. She also sent an e-mail with my Plumbing Specialist, Larry's photo. Appreciated that she called early early on the day of the appointment to advise when Larry would be expected to arrive. Larry was very knowledgeable and answered all of my plumbing related inquires. I appreciated that he provided simple solutions to some of the minor plumbing issues and didn't suggest any unnecessary work. I had initially though I had a small leak somewhere in my plumbing near my bathtub but Larry advised it was due to a slight slope in the bathtub causing water to collect in one corner. The water was collecting there and due a leak in the glass door track leaking, would drip onto the floor in one area of the bathroom - I was then able to fix myself with a bit of caulking. Larry fixed my bathtub faucet and cleared the drain (it wasn't clogged but slow moving) and did both jobs very neatly. I appreciated that they had all of the parts needed for the repair in their truck and were able to fix everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waterworks and Larry again - they did a great job and I really appreciate the time taken to answer any plumbing related questions. Natasha was also great, calling after my appointment to confirm if I was satisfied with everything - which I was.

    Dishwasher installed, new p trap, new pop-up

    They were courteous and friendly, and if money is no object, they are fine to use. All the work seems to been done well, but I regret that I did not take the time to get quotes from at least three companies, as the prices I paid seem high. When I callled about my concerns, the owner immediately called back and was happy to discuss my concerns with me. Here are the prices I was given. They charged $257 to remove my old dishwasher, $329 to install the new one. That included some electrical and new piping. The new p trap was $280 (they supplied the pipe) and the removal and install of the pop-up in the bathroom sink was $410 (they supplied the pop-up). I was going to have a new faucet installed in the kitchen, but that would have cost another $536 (just for the install, I already have the faucet). All the prices were listed in their quote binder (and reflect a 10% discount), and all prices were given to me before the work was started, so the buyers remorse I am feeling is my own fault.

    Old and out-dated shower head

    We had a shower head that had never been good and finally gave out the evening before we were going away for a week. Late in the evening, I was able to get in touch with Michael, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The interaction the following morning with Natasha was very officious and pleasant. We were able to get Michael out to our house to do all the work, and we were still able to leave on our trip as planned. It always feels imbalanced talking to experts when you have no knowledge of the subject matter. Michael was patient and instilled trust very quickly. This was a very positive experience and I heartily recommend WaterWorks based on this experience with Michael and Natasha. Thank you.

    Flooded Basement

    The exterior faucet for watering our garden froze and burst which flooded our basement. We were forced to turn off all the water to prevent further flooding. They were able to come out to fix the issue the same night which is great given we have a new born. Michael was very helpful and provided a clear explanation of our various options.

    Plumbing Issue

    Today was the first time I used Water Works Plumbing services, and I was so impressed with the company. From the beginning, Natasha was very professional and polite over the phone, and it was extremely easy to book someone to come to my house at a time that was convenient for me. An email notification was sent to me with a picture of the plumber who would be visiting my house, which definitely gave me a sense of security. Michael was very personable and professional as well. All of the pricing was clearly outlined as well as reasonable, and Michael was very good about explaining what the issue was and only fixing what needed to be fixed. **Update: I had to use WaterWorks Plumbing for another plumbing issue separate from the one I originally reviewed above. I was not able to write a second separate review because HomeStars wouldn't allow me to write more than two reviews for the same company within 6 months. Aaron arrived promptly and was very polite and professional. He fixed our leak under the sink and explained to us exactly what needed to be done. Overall he did a great job!
