    Bathroom sink clog

    Extremely quick - called to make an appointment and work was done same day. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fussing about. Friendly and gracious. Absolutely recommend.

    Toilet flapper and fill valve replacement

    Our toilet flapper and fill valve was broken and we doesn't want to contact our old plumbing company because they are always late and overpriced. So, we try WaterWorks and we are really happy about the services. The plumber comes right on time and the work is done perfectly and professionally. The price is reasonable. Now, we have a working toilet again. Thanks WaterWorks!!!

    Plumbing

    We had a leaky exterior tap and, temperatures being below zero, were concerned. We arranged for Michael to come in as soon as possible and he provided a few solutions for us to choose from. Very happy with the service and would recommend him and Water Works.

    Clogged sink fixed

    Our bathroom sink was completely clogged and we had that fixed as well as a slow running toilet. Michael not only fixed it but also gave us great advice about ongoing maintenance steps we could take to prevent it from happening again. He was fast and thorough and we are very happy with the result.

    Replaced toilet

    Flooding in bathroom, through kitchen ceiling.

    Michael did work for me when I moved into the house 22 years ago. I traced him to this new company on the web and easily made a convenient appointment time. I was reassured to re-find someone whose work I can trust, and even more delighted delighted when it was he who showed up at the door! He identified the problem (blocked drainpipe) and fixed it efficiently. And he helped me troubleshoot further concerns. I'm in good hands!

    Bathroom plumbing

    Larry..... amazing service, polite, punctual, and great sense of humour. Problem with leaking taps was quickly resolved. Customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. (thanks Natasha!) Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs

    Quick and Complete...I'm Pleased

    We had a funny smell emanating from a toilet and, concerned it was sewer related, called in a professional. WaterWorks got a plumber to house quicker than I would have expected. Larry didn't just get right to work, he sat down and explained the "why" of what he was doing, which we really appreciated. The job was done efficiently and the result was immaculate. First class services and highly recommended.

    Dishwasher Remove and Install

    Michael provided us with excellent service. We found our dish-washer leaking and Michael immediately came over and diagnosed the problem. We purchased a new dishwasher and Michael returned to remove the old one and install the new one and provided impeccable, high quality service. We would recommend Michael if you find yourself in a similar situation!
