    Fixing Kitchen Drain

    I've used WaterWorks for all of my plumbing needs for close to 20 years. They've done projects such as fixing pipes and various leaks, replacing toilets, taps, and the most recent project was fixing a leaking kitchen sink drain. A little more than a year ago, they fixed my leaking kitchen sink drain. Unfortunately due to bad luck, the part cracked and it started to leak again. Waterworks went out of their way to cover the repair under warranty, which was the great type of service they always deliver. Every other job they've done has always never had a problem. They continue to be my go-to company for plumbing services.

    Water heater mixing valve

    Great service. Michael was excellent and fixed the issue without having to change the mixing valve. He did not try to up sell the service call with something we did not need.

    clogged kitchen sink

    Recently had a clogged sink.Called Waterworks and a very friendly receptionist answered the phone happy to help me.Within an hour Michael was at my door.Very friendly and professional.Problem was solved within the hour.

    Winterizing

    Waterworks was of great assistance in providing tips to winterized our home and get winter ready to access our drains when it came time to flood our rink. When we had problems turning on the water in winter we turned to waterworks and sure enough the assistance we were given enables us to access the outside water.

    Dishwasher line reconfigured

    Our dishwasher line was connected to the wrong drain. We called WaterWorks to see if they could reconfigure it. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. Larry showed up right on time, and after assessing the situation, he provided a comprehensive, detailed, itemized list of the work to be done. Larry had all the work done in about 3 hours, and the dishwasher started draining properly. Although this was a fairly major plumbing job, Larry worked quickly and efficiently, and obviously knew exactly what needed to be done. What's more , he cleaned out the kitchen drain as a nice extra. I appreciated the careful assessment before work started, and the speed at which Larry completed the job. I have every confidence in WaterWorks and would use them again.

    Bathroom plumbing

    Very happy with Waterworks and the repairs done to the shower and toilet. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and had plenty of general handyman tips for other things in the house.....! Very efficient communication with their office who kept me up to date on his timing and movements.

    Toilet, Faucets and Valves

    We've found Michael very helpful, professional and courteous. He takes time to explain carefully and clearing about the items he is repairing. Comparing with our previous contractor's jobs of the same repaired jobs, I would say, Michael is certainly outstanding! I certainly can recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact we have bought a protection plan with good discount from him.

    2 Plumbing jobs

    The first time WaterWorks came they fixed the toilet but did not have the right parts to do the washing machine connection as it required replacing the entire washing machine box. The connections were all corroded. This is a part they don't normally carry on their trucks. They came back four days later to replace the washing machine box. New hoses are now on the machine and it works fine. No fear of old hoses bursting now. The toilet flushes without needing to hold the handle down. Overall great work thanks guys.

    Malfunctioning Toilet

    My husband and I called WaterWorks when we had a recent plumbing issue, and we are so pleased that we did! Natasha, the friendly and efficient Office Manager, promptly arranged for Michael to come to the rescue. She sent a photo of him in advance of his visit so that I could be sure who was coming to the door. Michael is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and an all-around friendly person.     Damaged ceiling due to toilet
