    Kitchen Drains Reconfiguration

    We had a problem with our kitchen sink plumbing where the garborator seemed to be backing up into the dishwasher and creating a foul smell even after a couple of full cycles. The dishwasher was not the problem as it is a top of the end brand and I was advised that the plumbing was perhaps done incorrectly by our contractor several years ago. I called Waterworks and made an appointment. Michael showed up (5 minutes early) with his generous smile. He looked at the issue and quickly identified the problem - that there were several issues with the way the pipes were constructed and draining. The dishwasher pipe was feeding into the garbrator, which in turn was attached to the main pipe. The pipes were not angled, thus allowing residue to get stuck and there was no air-release gauge as well as poor overall construction. Michael basically took all the pipes apart and re-built the entire piping structure from scratch the way it should have been done. It took him a few hours, but I had the pleasure of getting to know him better as he worked- he is a true gentleman. Not only did he do a great job in fixing our plumbing, he actually pointed out a couple of completely unrelated household matters and even vacuum cleaned our fridge heat compressor for free (it was filthy - don't know how he noticed it as you can't see what's back there unless you open it up - he had a feeling). I would definitely recommend Michael and WaterWorks if you're looking to get any plumbing work done as they are very professional, courteous, caring and actually do care. I joined their plan in case of future plumbing needs!

    Bathtub Clog and Faucet Replacement

    Timely and professional but in my opinion overpriced. It cost a lot for 15-20 min of work to snake my drain. The price was on the high end of the cost range to complete this work after some google searching and talking to friends. But I was ok with this. I also had purchased a kitchen faucet and was thinking to have the plumber install it instead of trying to do it myself but the quote to replace it was outrageous. (again on the absolute high end of the range to complete this work) They just quote prices from this binder. Perhaps if you have large jobs or a lot of complicated work this company is good. But for a condo owner with one off simpler jobs, I recommend to get quotes from other places as well. I wish I had not just relied on homestar rating and had done a bit more research and got a few more quotes before ordering their services. I will definitely be sure to get quotes from several sources before proceeding with work again.

I'm sorry you didn't appreciate our awesome service as the majority of the tens of thousands of clients we've served since 1996. We will be doubly donating your fees to a local charity at month end that is very appreciates any support it can get.I will email a copy of the receipt.,if you wish. We will gladly still stand by our warranty etc. I hope you will consider us in a more favourable light and use us again,even if you just need expert advice. I hope the rest of your week goes better.     Sourcing of a part for Porcher Toilet and installation

    Our main toilet in the home was running constantly. I called Waterworks and they came immediately (on a weekend). Michael our service professional was very knowledgeable and personable. Given the toilet we have there was a considerable amount of work on the companies part to source the right replacement part. This took some effort on the companies part. I found their service impeccable with regards to the follow up attention we received and the honesty in which we were dealt. They did not push for a new product which I'm sure would have been the easier fix, but a more costly one for us. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly. One of the best plumbing companies you could find in Toronto I am certain.

    Clogged toilet

    Michael from WaterWorks recently serviced a clogged toilet in my house. From the start, I knew I had called a true professional as he was able to figure out the problem right away and fix it in a timely manner. Moreover, Michael was polite, courteous and willing to go out of his way to provide me with the best service possible.     Thermostatic Hot Water Mixing Valve

    I am happy that my family recommended Michael. He was polite and professional from start to finish. He described why we had a leak with a mixing valve, and then explained step-by-step how he felt it was best to fix/replace it. The job was done very well, and I am impressed. Natasha helped set up the visit, and later followed up to see how we liked the job and if everything was satisfactory. They have our recommendation!

    Blocked toilet

    Without a doubt I would use Michael and his team again! Super professional, friendly, polite and best of all has exceptional expertise when it comes to diagnosing and fixing the problem. He arrived on time, was courteous, kept the bathroom clean (and as a side tips offered ideas for how to run my house in more efficient and economical ways!). As well, Natasha was lovely to book the appointment with and asked for follow-up feedback - a sign of a true professional business! Thanks for the great work.

    Best Plumber in town!

    Michael is the best. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would. The company sends you a picture of Michael before he arrives so you know it is the right person. I thought that was a great idea. He worked quickly and knows a lot about everything. Call him. Natasha - from the office - was very friendly. She called after he left to make sure everything was ok. You will not be disappointed.

    Clogged drain

    Michael and his team were knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and very polite. They even sent a picture vi email just prior to arrival at the door so I would know you was coming. If they are this detailed on the customer service, then I bet they afford the same level of attention to their plumbing repairs! I highly recommend using WaterWorks!

    Excellent service

    Had a damaging three floor flood due to toilet overflow. This is a very professional, responsive company with a great deal of experience. Their staff are helpful and very personable! Highly recommend.

    Toilet Replacement

    This is my second time using Waterworks. Needed some help with three slow flushing toilets. Larry quickly diagnosed the problem and explained exactly the type of toilets I would need for my home. Natasha ordered them and kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated her follow up calls. Larry returned to install the toilets. He was very efficient and tidy. Overall a stress free experience. I would highly recommend Water Works.
