    Hot Water Tank Repair

    Fed up with lukewarm baths, I decided to look on Homestars to find a good plumber to fix the hot/cold water mixer on my hot water tank. Michael from Water Works Canada came out to help. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. After listening to my experience and a quick look at the hot water tank and hot/cold water mixer he found that it wasn't working as it should so gave me a quote and fixed it on the spot. After the work was done he cleaned everything up, better than it was before! I can now have a nice hot relaxing bath again. I would definitely call Water Works Canada again for any plumbing needs.     VERY Pleased with The Water Works!!

    Needed to have repairs made to existing plumbing which included the complicated removal of an old basement toilet. I chose The Water Works because of their excellent reviews on HomeStars. I was impressed through the whole process from the initial call to Natasha in the office (she is an excellent representative for the company) to the high quality of the actual work performed by Mike. The Water Works will definitely be our 'go to' company for any future plumbing needs.

    New Faucet and Drain hook up

    WaterWorks was great to work with. They ensured that I knew when they were arriving and sent me a picture of Michael so I knew who would be coming. Michael did a great job and made sure that I was happy with what he had done prior to leaving. I highly recommend WaterWorks.

    Dishwasher installation

    My dishwasher was not an easy installation due to the fact that the builders had used odd sized plumbing, but Mike did a great job of cutting and capping off the old pipe and installing new pipes. The dishwasher works perfectly, and I don't have to worry about anything going wrong behind the scenes. I am perfectly happy with the service and the quality of work provided.

    Excellent Service

    I contacted WaterWorks Plumbing through e-mail and they got back to me within the half hour. Our plumber, Michael, came out on a Sunday morning, assessed the situation, gave me a quote, and proceeded to complete the job in a short period of time. He was professional, very friendly, and explained to me the steps he was taking along the way. He was also very clean, and left my condominium the way it was when he arrived. I would recommend this company to my friends and family, as it is extremely difficult to find a reliable plumber these days.

    Garbage disposal repair

    I couldn't be happier with the service I received from WaterWorks. Natasha communicated with me throughout the day with updates about when the plumber would arrive, which was most appreciated. Larry persisted until he fixed the problem, after other plumbers had told me it could not be done. He's my new hero!

    Service to hot water heating system

    We met Michael as a result of an inspection for warranty purposes. We were impressed by his cleanliness, attention to detail and quality of workmanship. We were forced soon after to call him back because of leaks to our hundred year old system. The repairs were done immediately and at the quoted price. Thanks, Water Works!

    Blocked tub drain and laundry tub tap leak

    I called WaterWorks to have several plumbing issues attended to and a very polite Natasha who answered my call made the arrangements. She sent me a picture of plumber and also followed up after he left. Within 30 minutes of my call (not sure that is always the case) a personable, courteous and professional Master Plumber (Michael Yuffa) was at my door. He fixed the blocked drain in the tub and the laundry tub tap leak in under an hour. I was impressed with the efficiency of service and Michael's particular style - friendly and 'down to business'. I signed up for WaterWorks Protection Plan in order to get discounted services next time and preferential treatment among other things. I highly recommend this company.

    Service call to repair garburator problem

    I had an issue with my garburator. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Waterworks! They arrived within a couple of hours of my call, on a Sunday no less. Very professional, very courteous, and the matter was dealt with promptly. I would recommend them with the utmost of confidence.

    Kitchen & overall plumbing evaluation

    Because of past experiences with other companies, my family has always been nervous when it comes to choosing a new company we can trust. But now that we've found WaterWorks, I don't think we'll be looking for anyone else in the future anymore. =) Michael did an evaluation visit and inspected some leakage and other issues in our home. We really appreciate that he was honest about his opinions on the conditions and severity (or lack thereof)-aka not scaring us into thinking we need to tear everything down, etc...like another company had told us. He gave us a lot of helpful advice on how to proceed with fixing these problems and maintaining the wellbeing of our home, as well as recommendations for what products we should get to replace the old, worn-out ones. If we need anything else in the future, we'll definitely call WaterWorks again~it really is a relief to find a company with such kind and genuine people who really care about the quality of their service and customer satisfaction.
