    Plumbing Done The Right Way!!

    Best plumbing experience ever!! Michael was knowledgeable and friendly. Company sent a picture of Michael via email to ensure I was letting the right individual into my house, great safety feature. He put on his cloth booties as soon as he came in. I like the booties! Michael spent the time to answer my questions and educate me with respect to my current system. He charged me according to his price list, so no surprises. I don't like surprises! He replaced two shower cartridges. Prices were fair and his service was impeccable. Anything he noticed that was incorrect he offered advice and even fixed some minor issues. We had some loose taps in another bathroom and he tightened them, no questions asked! He went above and beyond my expectations. He even gave me some great tips about my fridge - he actually vacuumed my condenser coil/fan on the fridge - LOL! Great guy, great company. I highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing!

    Plumbing Repair

    I needed to have the external water shut off valve and a laundry sink valve repaired, both were leaking. Waterworks sent me a highly qualified plumber to assess the problem and provide a quote. I have used this company many times before, and have always been happy with both the work provided and the fact that they have always honored their quote to the penny. As it turned out, the external water valve needed to be replaced and because the genius who had finished the basement (not me) had almost completely buried the valve behind drywall above the drop ceiling, the drywall needed to be cut away ceiling tiles removed, furniture moved and a new valve soldered in place. The laundry sink needed needed new cartridges installed (both were changed) even thought only 1 was leaking, and all debris was cleaned up completely. This job took many hours more than even I had estimated, yet the company stood by their original quote. Moral of the story, think twice about estimates that sound too good to be true because they probably are. This company uses a fixed price approach which I prefer because it really protects both the client and the company using the average cost of similar work. So this means that some times the work will require a certain amount of time and materials and other times it will take much more than expected. The last thing I want to hear after the job has started is "we have discovered that the problem is much worse than we thought so your we need to charge you much more than our estimate". In my over 40 years of working with contractors I have heard this more times than I care to remember. I want a contractor who has the knowledge and experience to quote me a fair price and honor they price the give me regardless of unexpected events. Thank you Michael and the Team at WaterWorks

    Clear out sink drain, and line to the city sewer.

    Quick and excellent work! I thought this was going to be a big headache (clearing the lines) but but Larry of Waterworks got it done!

    leaky shower faucet

    I had been trying to get the taps fixed in a shower stall for almost two years.. One of them had a constant drip, but no one could fix it. (old house with weird set-up - pipes in concrete and taps tiled in) I called another company who came 3-4 times, replaced parts, and then had to keep returning because it wasn't repaired, finally they said I would just have to rip the whole wall open and replace everything (which would have meant a full bathroom renovation). I called waterworks, and the first plumber that came gave me some options (by then I was asking for estimates for the full reno) after a while I called back to schedule, and the owner of the company spoke to me at length, listened to the whole story, got me to send him photos of everything, and said he could fix it and save me the money. I actually argued a little, because i thought it couldnt be done, but within 20 min he had solved the problem, and saved me lots of money and time, instead of making it a bigger job. that is what I call honest. I was so impressed. I would recommended waterworks to anyone.

    Remove and replace old vanity with one provided, using existing taps.

    All in all very satisfied. Took his time, cleaned everything up completely. Was a bit shocked by the price, however.

    Bathroom Sink Clogged

    I called Waterworks plumbing, and the service was fantastic! They even offered to have someone come fix the repair the same day for the same price! The next day someone came (Larry)....he was professional and friendly. I had a kitchen sink issue as well, a faucet that needed to be replaced, but the price of $600 they were going go charge me was a bit too steep for my budget. Overall I was very happy with the work performed in the bathroom, the promptness and the professionalism. I would recommend this company to a friend.

    Garbage Disposal and replace hoses

    Excellent Service,reasonable prices, same day Service. I would highly recommend. Reliable,Very quick He knew what to do and did some recommendations to avoid future problems. I will call them again

    Badly Clogged Drain

    We had a badly clogged drain in our warehouse sink. We had another group come and try to clear it but they were unsuccessful. Someone recommended Waterworks and Michael came and quickly cleared it. He knew exactly what to do and used a special tool for this purpose. He also gave us advise on how to prevent future clogs. He was professional, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again.

    Kitchen and Leaks

    I've used WaterWorks on three separate occasions - first to find and repair a leak in the wall (a result of another contractor) and the next time to replace faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom and finally to help install a dish washer. In all three occasions WaterWorks has been exceptional in both their professionalism as well as the work they have done. They have always been responsive and courteous, provided excellent advice and the work performed has been of the highest quality.

    Odd Jobs Bathroom Shower

    Turned out I got some very good advice, very quickly and only had to pay for the house call which was more than reasonable . Michael talked me out of the expensive fixes I was looking for and made a recommendation to go another way. Thanks Michael.
