    repair shower/tub faucets

    Water Works were very professional from my initial phone call to finishing the job exactly when they said they would. The process was fully explained on the phone before the plumber arrived and I felt in control of the options available and how much I wanted to spend. My leaky faucets were fixed right away and quickly without feeling rushed. I will be calling Water Works for my next plumbing job!

    Courteous and Professional Plumbing Service

    I highly recommend retaining Waterworks Plumbing & Drains for your plumbing needs. My experience was excellent, from the staff who scheduled my call to the professional and courteous plumber that attended to fixing my sink. 5 stars.

    Toilet installation

    We found Waterworks on line. Michael was fast, smart and helped us make a decision on which eco-friendly toilet to purchase. He told us where to go for the best price and what the installation would cost. He's an expert technician but also knowledgeable about water waste and how to mitigate costs. I am so happy we found Waterworks. We will always use their services.

    Dishwasher drain

    I had a stubborn dishwasher problem; it just wouldn't drain. We called numerous companies and the Water Works was the only company that was able to come same day. Michael was very friendly, and figured out the issue almost immediately. He stayed a while and ran the dishwasher a few times to ensure no more leakage. This place will be my first choice next time I have a plumbing issue.

    Toilet malfunction

    This was our second great experience with Water Works. Hard to believe they aren't one of the top companies on Homestars -- I saw no difference in service from three years ago. An appointment was scheduled immediately and the problem identified and fixed very quickly. Wonderful service.

    Toilet issue

    We have used Waterworks several times and never been disappointed. They are unfailingly prompt, professional and go above and beyond to address difficult or unforseen issues. Michael is a super nice guy too, which is always welcome. This time the issue was a wall-hung toilet which seems to occasionally flush itself. Since the toilet was acting normally in the time he was here, Michael took pictures and promised to call the support people for advice rather than spend hours taking it apart. He also consulted a crew outside who were doing a water by-pass to see if that might be the issue. (which we suspected might be the case) He also didn't charge for the service call. Up front and honest, I would recommend Waterworks to anyone.

    prompt, helpful and friendly

    Waterworks was very helpful and prompt! They returned my phone call immediately and set me up with an evaluation appointment the next day. The plumber Larry who came was thorough and gave me useful advice about my plumbing issue (which turns out is actually my condo's responsibility). He also came right on time :) I would definitely use this company again!

    Fix leaky toilet

    My toilet sprung a leak and called these guys in for a quote. They charged $40 just to come out. The plumber that came in was super professional and extremely nice and polite. I have nothing but good things to say about him. But after he took a look at the issue he quoted me $300 (!!!!) for a 'complete toilet rebuild' when I inquired as to why so expensive and why it needs a full rebuild he said its the company price list which includes labour and parts. Considering theres maybe $30 worth of parts in the toilet I was a little surprised at the cost. Not sure if this is part of their pricing strategy but seems a bit off. I politely declined the offer, paid them their consulting fees and ended up going to home depot and replacing the broken seal for exactly $2.19 and 10 minutes of work - leak stopped and toilet is working fine now. Total cost $42.19 ($40 for the quote and $2.19 for the part). Unless you need major work done these guys are probably good but for small stuff like broken seals and leaks you are better off to try to fix it yourself or call a handyman that will charge by the hour and buy the parts at HD.

    Replaced shower valve cartridge to alleviate groaning in pipes

    Our basement shower was consistently generating awful groaning noises in the pipes whenever we engaged the diverter for the shower head. We were worried we either had unsecured pipes, or that something more nefarious was going on back there. Michael showed up at our home a day after I had called in, diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve cartridge, and was able to replace the defective part in less than an hour. I've been with Water Works Plumbing for over three years now. Their punctuality, professionalism, level of communication and transparency continues to impress. I continue to use them because the piece of mind I get from their straightforward pricing and their satisfaction guarantee. There are never any surprises with these guys, just a job well done!

    Faucet replaced. Was right on time, very courteous, cleaned everything up.a pleasure to deal with.

    Had a leak and no water pressure. Michael came out in less than24 hours. Had a faucet in the truck, replaced it. The whole job was done in less than an hour. Left the premises pristine.
