    Install of shower faucet

    Ive used this company in the past and I'm very comfortable with them.Larry's work was very clean and he had to open the tile work to change a 1950s tub faucet.The new one works excellent and the tile work looks great around the new installation.Gerlinde

    Garborator Replacement

    Michael was prompt and completed his work quickly and efficiently. He was very helpful and gave us some great tips on how to maintain clean drains in order to avoid clogs. We are very satisfied with the service provided by WaterWorks Plumbing and would recommend them to others.

    Urgent drain problem - help was on the way!

    consultation on lead pipes

    Because I have lead pipes coming into my house, I asked Michael to come and have a look at what would be involved in changing over the pipes. Michael showed on up on time and gave very clear information on the options and their costs, including how to have the lead levels tested to see if the replacement is worth the cost. I trust Michael to look after my best interests.

    2 toilets were leaking and had outdated parts.

    As a property management company, we have used many technicians. We give Michael 5 stars. He recieved 2 apartments to work on. From the initial contact, until the completion of the work, he was professional and easy to work with. He knows his business. A gentleman.

    Awesome warranty service today

    I've been using this company for a few years and they are Good! The valve in my garage blew from freezing last winter.And Michael was good enough to drop by and fix my valve under the Protection plan with extended warranty which is worth every penny! I'm going to keep using this company for a long time! Hilda Fabb Part 2 Today Michael and Jerry installed a new main water shut off valve is the old one was leaking all the time. They took care of everything and I'm very happy.

    Water heater replacement

    Regulations changed relating to the exhaust pipe for our water heater. Two other companies said I would have rip open the ceiling to fix it. Mike and Tom were able to find a way to get things done without ripping everything open. Easy for me to recommend them.

    Called Waterworks to quote several of my plumbing issues around the house. The office was very pleasant and helpful in arranging my appointment. They sent Larry who was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained throughly what needed to be repaired. Called them today to fix my leaky shower, Larry was punctual and fixed my leaky shower in no time. I would highly recommend their Company.

    incompetent

    I used waterworks based on homestars rating. Michael came to look at a leak in our shower recess that was flooding through to the kitchen below. After a few hours of cutting holes in our ceiling and in the wall behind the hand basin, he determined the leak was most likely coming from a nail, from our built in wardrobe on the other side of the wall, that had punctured a pipe. I didn't believe him for a minute - the wardrobe had been there for 5 years, the leak had not, so I asked my handyman to come and give me a second opinion. Our handyman, $25/hr, diagnosed the problem immediately. It was obvious that the tiles in the shower recess had lifted, I could see daylight through them! So my handyman fixed the mess Michael had created in our ceiling and walls and fixed the shower recess too. This is incompetence beyond belief.
