    Major Plumbing Work

    I used WaterWorks for a major job – repiping an entire unit that had faulty Kitec plumbing. Michael responded very quickly and provided me with a few options with which to proceed. Throughout the project the WaterWorks team showed expertise and conducted themselves as true professionals. The entire job was completed earlier than I had anticipated and Michael was very helpful in recommending tradespeople to fix finishings. Also, I’ve found them to be very responsive after the job was completed. Lastly, Natasha and Rhonda at the office were a pleasure to deal with.

    Toilet and emergency stop valve repair

    I have used WaterWorks multiple times in the past years. This time I called for for a toilet and valve repair. Randa answered my call immediately and booked Larry for the day and time I requested. Randa called me 30 minutes before Larry arrived. He inspected and explained the work. He is always very professional. He did a great job! I highly recommend WaterWorks to anyone!

    Broken pipe

    I prefer to find smaller, family-owned type businesses because I have had the most success with them in the past and I found another great business with Water Works Plumbing. I called to make an appointment and Mike answered right away. We spoke briefly about the issue I was having, he took all my information and we booked the appointment. He called 30 minutes before arrival and said he was on the way. He arrived right on time for the 2 hour window for the scheduled appointment. I explained the issue and he got right to work showing me what the problem was and the cost. He finished his work in a timely manner and was very friendly, attentive in showing me the problem and explaining how he will repair it. I am very happy with the results and if I need a plumber in the future, I know where to go.

    General plumbing repairs

    I work as a house manager for a couple who needed some plumbing work done. Clogged sink and some work on some leaky and squeaky taps. Michael and his assistant did a thorough job. All is working well and would highly recommend Water Works and Michael to anyone.

    dishwasher repair

    I called Waterworks for plumbing work on my dishwasher. The service provided went above and beyond my expectations. Michael was very honest to say that plumbing work was not required and referred me to an appliance repair technician who he called while at my home and explained the problem to. The repair technician came by later that day and was also excellent. I'm so happy to have found a trustworthy and professional plumber as well as an appliance repair technician and I will refer both to friends and family.

    Dishwasher plumbing and installation

    I've used Water Works three times, each time being fully satisfied. My most recent experience demonstrated to me just how much the owner is 100% committed and focused to customer service. I did express a concern via email, and was surprised that within the hour, the owner of the company called me and worked with me to find a good solution. After hanging up, I tried to think of a better customer service experience I'd ever had and I couldn't come up with one. Their quality of work is great, and you can be assured of satisfaction.

    Leaking bathroom faucets

    I called WaterWorks last week and arranged an appointment for a plumber to come and fix a leaking bathroom faucet. My phone call was answered almost immediately (which I was very pleasantly surprised by, since most other contractors usually have an answering machine only to take calls). Michael and Vaz arrived upon the agreed time, evaluated the leak and were able to fix it very quickly and both of them were very professional and courteous. Michael also provided advice on general maintenance so that I don't have faucet leaks in the future. Randa, the person who took my call, called both before and after the appointment to ensure that everything went smoothly. Overall, I was very happy with the work done and I highly recommend WaterWorks!

    Plumbing

    The service engineer arrived on time, pleasant attitude and go the job done first time. I would use Water Works again for other work. The coordinator Randa was very helpful and proactive.

    Clogged toilet and broken kitchen faucet

    This company is absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! Reception did an amazing job of keeping me informed about the plumber's arrival time. Thanks so much for your updates and courtesy. That kind of customer service is a refreshing change in this day and age! Larry the plumber also did a wonderful job. He was very professional, explained the work in advance and told me exactly what it would cost. He did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this company to others.

    Clogged Sink

    I had a bathroom sink that consistently clogged every 3-4 months, so I finally decided to have a plumber come and look at it. Michael came and fixed it in 10 minutes! It was a problem with the stopper. He didn't pressure me to have any other work done, he was friendly and professional, and he charged me a very reasonable fee. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Overall, a great experience!
