    Bidet faucet repair

    I used water works last year when it was winter.I could rely on them. Some other company apparently fixed it 3 years ago it was missing the new parts. I watched Michael put in all brand new cartridges and seals.Definitley he's the expert from his work. He also winterized my outdoor faucet .

    Replace Mixing Valve

    After installation of a new rental hot water heater I found out that I had NO hot water. The installers came back & said call a plumber as the heater was working fine. I called an old number in my book & Waterworks answered. They sent out Larry the next day & he fixed the problem as well as educating me on this system. Thanks Larry. Both Larry & Natasha are very professional in their fields & I will call Waterworks again in a split second & recommend them to friends. C. Mark ....Mississauga

    Replace Shower faucet with temperature control, also worked on kitchen sink

    I was very pleased that Michael helped us to resolve an issue in our daughters shower - fluctuating temperatures. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant and helped us assess the problem in our garage ceiling as well.

    Toilet drainage fix

    This is the second time Larry has come to our place for plumbing work, and it was great to see him again! He's very friendly and straightforward with the work that needs to be done. He was very good at explaining the job before he started, as well as any potential additional expenses should the problem have been worse than initially seen. I also appreciate the courtesy call from the office beforehand to let me know of his visit - greatly appreciated!

    Clogged laundry tub drain

    Contacted The Water Works for a plumbing issue. I didn't like the fact that there was a $40 fee just for a plumber to come out but it was an emergency. Larry came out and worked at trying to unclog the drain. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also gave me good advice regarding plumbing, pipes, etc. Would recommend and use them again.

    Installation of Bathroom Vanity

    Called on a Thursday and had my beautiful bathroom vanity installed 3 business days later. The booking agent was friendly. Larry was polite and professional. He walked me through what was required and why. He kept me in the loop when he needed to head out to the truck for more supplies and even wore little booties to protect my floors. Diane C

    Bathroom Faucet Replacement

    The faucets in our bathroom were dripping for a long time. Larry came and figured the problem quickly. He showed up few days later with new faucets and all necessary parts. He did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. Natasha was very professional. Again thanks Larry and Natasha. Very satisfactory.

    Replacing Toilet parts

    Leak search and fix

    Larry is now my go-to plumber after a number of service calls. He shows up on time, figures out and fixes problems quickly. This time I had a mysterious leak which was diagnosed to poorly done renovation. Found the problem and fixed it in the same visit; cleaned up well too. The cost of his time and service was very reasonable as well.

    Lead Pipe Replacement, Backwater Valve Installation

    Our house had issues with the drainage from a cracked pipe and Water Works upon inspection discovered we still had the old Lead Water Lines. Their team was professional, responsive and did a great job. Natasha has been amazing on the client service end. Would definitely use them again.
