    toilet repair

    A person staying in our basement alerted us to a toilet that was making noise long after it was flushed. Michael came to check it out and was able to suggest a very simple, inexpensive fix for the time being until we are ready to buy a new toilet. He also helped us fix a dehumidifier even though it is not his line of work. We were very pleased with both his suggestions and the follow-up he provided later when he called back to warn us of something we have to know about when we do decide to buy a new toilet.

    Bathroom and kitchen repairs

    Michael and Walter came in to sort out faucet/plug/drain problems upstairs and in the kitchen. This is an older house. The kitchen issue was relatively straightforward. The upstairs bathroom has a handsome but badly dated Italian sink with seized-up and irreplaceable problem parts . . . Michael and Walter solved the problem, with some elegant new hardware and lots of ingenuity and elbow grease. Very professional, very satisfactory.

    Warranty service

    Mike's commitment to customer support is without reservation. We had a warranty issue and he was in our condo promptly with a replacement part. Water Works does what it says it will do.

    drain repair ans ink fixed

    I live and midtown and got Mike from Water works from my neighbour.He was great and fixed our bath leak that could of costed several thousand dollars but found a great solution to fix our leaking tub from the second floor into the main washroom for a lot less cost than what another person quoted.JHe was very polite and showed up on the same day and did a Great job,What elese could you ask for??     Service inspection

    Natasha called to remind me of my year inspection. The appointment was set up quick and Michael and his coworker showed up on time. They are completely honest with you and don't pressure you to buy anything. I found both friendly and knowledgable. Will use them again.

    Air conditioning condensate drain clogged

    The plumber arrived promptly and gave me explicit instructions how to clear drain. I followed the instructions and easily cleared the blockage. Would I use Waterworks in the future? Absolutely!

    toilet installation(throne)

    Michael Yuffa and Walter were nothing short of professional, courteous and helpful doing all they could to be obliging and informative.They installed a toilet, inspected all the drains and taps in my home and were very detailed oriented. They arrived on time and were very clean and pleasant. They listened to all my concerns. L Burgere

    examining leakage problem and provide suggestion

    We have another plumbing company comes over to inspect the leakage problem on the kitchen ceiling, they even have the restoration company comes over to cut off a section of the bathroom tiles. But when Larry comes, he did a thorough inspection and finds out the problem has nothing to do with the pipe line behind the shower wall. It's just the sealer of the plate has worn off and the spout needs to be replaced. He's very knowledgeable person.

    Plumbing inspection

    We have used Waterworks on several occasions - primarily to install a back water valve.We have over the past several years built a relationship that gives us the confidence to both call Waterworks when needed as well as know that there annual inspection is not self serving. We will continue to use them as needed and have recommended them to our neighbours, family and friends.

    Drain scope & new toilets

    I found out about this company through HomeStars and was not disappointed! Prior to my appointment, I received an email with my plumber's name (Michael) and photo and during the visit, Michael was extremely personable and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and Michael took extra care to walk me through the drain scope and took the initiative to fix my toilet seals, at no extra cost. The pricing was on the higher end, but knowing that my plumbing was done properly is priceless. Natasha, their office manager, is one of the more organized and friendly people I've dealt with!
