    Plumbing

    Very happy with the service from both Michael and Larry from the Water Works Plumbing as well as Natasha, the woman working in the office. Very professional but friendly and super helpful. They were very prompt and always followed up with a phone call. I really appreciated receiving an email of the service person who would be arriving to my house. I liked knowing up front how much I was going to be charged and that there was a price list that was followed.

    Fixing shower faucet leak

    Michael came and fixed our leak quickly (came within an hour of my call and fixed the leak fast) and also provided advice on an additional issue. I'm very pleased and would recommend him to anyone! This is the second great tradesperson experience we've had - we've had some bad luck!

    unclog bathroom drain

    When I realised that my bathroom drain was clogged below the join of shower, sink and toilet and my snake wasn't long enough to reach it, I called Natasha. She is so efficient that she had Larry at my house in a little over an hour from when I called. Larry was very clear about what had to be done and the cost of alternate methods of clearing the blockage if necessary. He was able to unblock the drain through the shower (the least expensive method), and left my bathroom functioning and clean. Natasha made a followup phone call to make sure I was satisfied.

    Trouble shooting leaking plumbing

    Dealing with major water leak in basement before going to work I looked out of the front window and saw The Water Works logo on a van parked outside my neighbours house. Quick decision and phone call later they were in my house trouble shooting what the problem was and then fixed that plus a few extra upgrades. Their professionalism meant peace of mind and Mike's pragmatic advice was really valued. Thanks!

    Scheduled inspection

    Michael and Dara provided a thorough inspection of my home and provided options and suggestions with NO pressure and no obligation. I would highly recommend this company. It is operated with a high level of integrity and honesty - hard to find. My next project will most certainly collaborate with waterworks.

    Install kitchen faucet

    I was referred by my niece , I appreciated the professional service we received and the warm attitude of Michael and Natasha. Other service was done at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

    Clogged Toilet

    Right from the beginning the women on the phone was attentive and friendly. She booked me in for the earliest time but put me on a waiting list if something earlier came up. 2 Hrs later I got a call that they could come today and shortly after Michael arrived. Michael and his partner were extremely friendly and honest. They were through a tough situation and maintained their professional composure from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Water Works.

    Drain In Kitchen

    We had a drain problem which rendered our kitchen sink completely unusable. A plunger was not very helpful so it was about time call an expert. It was late but I left a message. My call was returned promptly the next morning and we set up an appointment. They came in the next day and the problem was solved. We were very happy with their service and would call them back if their is ever another problem. Jeremy

    Pull and Reseal Toilet

    We had a leakage from one of the sanitary pipes. When we contacted the office, Natasha coordinated all appointments in a very good and professional manner. When Michael came, he figured out the problem in 5 minutes and started working for that. In some time he fixed the leakage. He did a satisfactory job. The place was left clean. No mess afterwards.!!

    shower floor plumbing

    Shower was out of commission for years and was leaking into the basement. We searched for the best company that could do an excellent job - and we found Waterworks. Michael, the company owner was more than willing to come and have a look at the leaking shower. He gave us his professional opinion, estimate, and time to start and finish the job. Waterworks rebuilt the floor, installed new drain, re tiled and sealed everything up. It looks wonderful! Michael, and his tile man were very punctual. Due to an unfortunate death in the family, they worked around our schedule. Most customers have given a review of 10, but I'm sorry I could not give them a 10, but only give an 11 out of 10!!! We thank Michael and his tile man for the great job they have done.
