    Cleared an extremely blocked drain; Installed back water flood prevention valve.

    Both Larry and Michael were great, very professional in all of my dealings with them. They maintained a very clean work site, and wore booties at all times. Waterworks was punctual, work was fairly priced, and they performed quality work. Better still, Water Works saved me close to $10K after another plumbing company "incorrectly" diagnosed an issue with a sewer pipe exiting my home, an issue which in reality doesn't exist. Water Works cleared an extremely blocked drain pipe (something the other company had been unable to do, even after cutting open the drywall ceiling below), they also installed a back water flood prevention valve. I would definitely call Water Works for any plumbing issues we may encounter down the road, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

    Plumbing, resolving clog in kitchen sink

    The dispatcher was polite and courteous. The plumber was punctual, pleasant and did a fine job resolving the problem. The cost was a bit above quoted but the work was so much more than first expected. (With clogs, it's hard to tell how far into the system the problem is.) Very satisfied with results.

    Leaky faucet

    Natasha was helpful getting the appt set up for the same day, and Owen was extremely friendly and helpful and got the job done. I really appreciated the excellent service.

    Trap Seal Primer Leaking

    Laundry faucet hot water leaking heavily into the clear plastic tubing (trap seal primer) requiring replacement of faucet and installing shut off valves. Repairtech Eion came on time and was very professional and friendly as we discussed the work to be done. Pricing was a bit hefty for my pocketbook but Eion proved to be diligent, hard working, thorough and fully completed the job of fixing the clear plastic tubing to my satisfaction. Next time I will make sure to check for discount coupons in their website.

    Kitchen plumbing repairs

    Broken trap under sink which required a new one. Eoin diagnosed the problem without any real difficulty and set straight away to resolving the problem. He was first class - conscientious, considerate and thorough. Excellent work!

    Plumbing inspection and update

    This company and its representatives are very professional and pleasant. We had several taps and plug inserts replaced and a toilet fixed. They were prompt and did an excellent job with everything.

    Fixed leaking copper pipe

    Waterworks was able to quickly book me in for an appointment at my desired time when I called in. They also have this cool feature where they email you the plumber that has been dispatched to you about an hour before they arrive so you know who and what to expect. Larry was very thorough in his work and gave us all the pricing options with no pressure to choose any of them. The pipe was fixed no problem and everything's been great since! Would highly recommend.

    Bathroom repairs

    Had a running toilet for many months on a toilet that was very old. Very difficult to fix. Was not ready to replace the toilet. Also had a leaking sink. Larry was kind and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed the problems.

    Plumbing

    We;ve used WaterWorks Plumbing a number of times, and their service is always prompt and thorough. They're full of great advice for long-term care and maintenance, and always reliable in a pinch.

    broken toilet slow drain

    We have always experienced excellent and prompt service. Their professional servicemen are top notch. The office support staff are always very friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend them .
