    plumbing

    We LOVED Stephen - the master plumber! He came to our house on very short notice to fix a "running" toilet. Right away, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Not to mention, he was such a nice and friendly guy. We would call back for more service in a heartbeat!

    toilet installation and inspection

    Great company! I have used Waterworks more than once and have been extremely happy with the customer service, timing (when they said they would be here they were), really nice workers and extremely knowledgeable and competent. I definitely recommend Waterworks!

    Bathroom plumbing

    Their plumber was incredibly rude, yelled at me and then way overcharged. The owner came down and suggested to my husband that it was my "hormones"...you know since I am a woman. Then admitted his plumber did work that didn't need doing and half apologized but still insisted on charging us part of the bill. It was a horrible experience.

    kitchen faucet

    I've used Water works in the past as we were very satisfied.\their pricing is very competitive and show up reliably at the specified time.Mike installed our faucet and did an amazing installation and were loving it! D.Train,Thornhill Woods.

    Toilet

    Not once, but twice I was faced with a toilet that needed assistance. Both times Larry arrived and fixed the problem with speed and professionalism. Natasha, who dealt with my calls to the company, was extremely helpful in finding someone to come, and regularly called back to provide updates on timing and to ensure that the service was acceptable.

    Water leaks causing excessive water use

    My water use was up 30%. Larry from WaterWorks arrived on time and he found a leaking toilet (which he fixed) and also determined that the furnace-mounted humidifier was leaking. Larry was very helpful and informative. I would use WaterWorks again.

    Kitchen sink and shower plumbing

    I called WaterWorks plumbing after seeing their reviews on homestars and I was not disappointed. They called me back and booked a service very quickly and Larry did an excellent job. Everything was transparent from the very beginning and I'm very pleased with the service. I'll use them again the next time I need some plumbing help.

    Connect garden hose and inspect master bath deck set and sink faucet

    Michael and Ron arrived on schedule after a service call to Natasha that was very thorough and pleasant. They resolved my issue quickly and were even able to offer advice about an ongoing issue with my deck set that 2 other plumbers failed to grasp. Unlike the company I was using before, they did not try to upsell any service contracts. Michael loves what he is doing and this is the reason why he can quickly and accurately diagnose problems while offering intelligent solutions. I am so relieved that I have found a new company to call upon for plumbing repairs and advice. This service call was stress-free and WaterWorks is a great company.

    Thermostatic Valve in shower/tub

    Our third time using Water Works and again they did not disappoint. What seemed straightforward (replacing a faulty thermostat) turned into a frustrating and time consuming procedure as the assembly proved difficult to remove and the part in question was not made anymore. Nevertheless Michael persevered, contacting the manufacturer overseas and eventually managing the repair. To show how honest these guys are, at one point he offered to cancel all his fees and part as friends if we felt we would rather go with someone else. And we were always kept in the loop as to their progress and costs. Michael is a very pleasant, down to earth type of guy who is very nice to deal with. Natasha called two days later inquiring how satisfied we were with the repair. Some posters on here have complained about Water works asking for a review -- as someone whose relative is a contractor, I know full well that small businesses live and die by word of mouth, so you can't blame them for this. Water works have become our go-to company for plumbing issues.

    Replacement of hose faucet

    We had a broken outdoor faucet and, although this wasn't an emergency, it was very inconvenient to be unable to use our hose. I found WaterWorks listed on HomeStars, took a chance and called. I'm glad I did -- The service and administrative attention to detail is above and beyond any other experience I've ever had with any contractor. I was impressed from the first phone call when Natasha explained the service call charge, outlined the WaterWorks procedure, and set up an appointment. At the specified time, I received both a phone call telling me the plumber (Larry) was on his way and an email with Larry's photo. (As a senior, I appreciate the foresight and courtesy of the photo identification.) Larry is a friendly person, and very efficient. He assessed our needs, provided a quote and got right down to the job, which he accomplished quickly and then tested his work. Right after Larry left, Natasha called to make sure we were satisfied, and shortly after that an email arrived in appreciation of our business. I would definitely recommend WaterWorks to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thanks Natasha and Larry. I'm off to water my flowers!
