    Toilet Repairs

    Michael came to our house on time as scheduled and was very informative about the work needed and the cost. He did the job in a timely manner and was very neat. The cost was very fair and I would recommend his company as well as Michael .

    Plumbing repair

    The service was great. Michael was very professional and thorough. Natasha was very helpful in coordinating the details. Everything was done with high quality and on time. The results are great! Well done.

    Leaky tap

    Great service from time we called! Office staff was friendly and courteous. Michael came out and explained our options to fix a leaky shutoff in our basement and a leaky outdoor tap. Great service all around. Would absolutely have them come back for any future plumbing work.

    Bathtub faucet leaking

    Since I bought my house the bathtub faucet has been leaking. I searched for a plumbing company through HomeStars and found the Water Works Plumbing and Drains, I called to schedule the service, I received a call this morning asking if Larry could come earlier to do the job. He came earlier, very courteous, inspected the leak and provided me with a quotation. He started the job, I was impressed to see that he used protection to avoid scratching the bathtub, found that the faucet handle was glued and stuck in place, he had to cut, go to a supplier to get a new one. Everything was done professionally, looks perfect and no more leaking, Larry cleaned after he finished the job and it looks like brand new. Definitely I can recommend the company. Liz (sorry, I think I am misspelling your name) did follow up on how the job was completed. Thank you for doing a great job, on time and the service was better than my expectations.

    Drain and water work

    Excellent service. Excellent communication. They did very thorough work. On time and reasonable priced. They were very prompt in their service. I was very impressed with the work they did. Great Work!

    plumbing

    Excellent service. Excellent communication, beginning with Natasha, the dispatcher. She contacted me at frequent intervals on the morning of the call, to inform me of a delay. Michael arrived and quickly resolved the kitchen faucet leak problem, indicating that there would be no need to change parts, etc. as it simply required tightening the nut. He charged me nothing but the service call charge of $39 for this. He also took time to trouble-shoot a more serious issue with water leaking from an indoor or outdoor source. Again, no charge except the service call. Michael is fair, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to go back to him for future plumbing issues.

    plumbing

    My review is about excellent customer service, as the repair needed wasn't more than a visit. When I called WaterWorks; the call was answered immediately and a time given that day for the visit. Their office emailed me a confirmation and a picture of Michael, the plumber, so I'd know it was him. Shortly before he arrived, the office called to let me know he was on the way. Michael arrived promptly and was very professional. I was impressed with the promptness and excellent communication.

    Repair tap and install faucet

    I am writing to say how impressed I was with the response from WaterWorks and the professional job that Larry was able to do for me. He went the extra steps to ensure that a potential leaky pipe was repaired at the same time saving me hassle down the road. He was extremely courteous and didn't mind my curious cat watching everything he was doing. I have already recommended WaterWorks to several people in my building. Thank you Waterworks.

    Water Repair

    I would recommend WaterWorks without hesitation. The entire experience was built on creating confidence. The service was prompt, the explanations were clear, concise, the costing was transparent the after sales care stood out. Great Service..

    Faucet Replacement and a few minor plumbing issues

    Had a leaky faucet, so after watching a YouTube video on fixing leaky faucets I feel like I'm Bob Villa. I replace the cartridge in the faucet except the hot and cold are now switched. Turn the cartridge 180 and get half the water pressure, I try it a few more times and basically have no water pressure...FANTASTIC!!!! I called a few plumbers on Home Star and Water Works was the first to answer, the receptionist was very friendly and gave me immediate help. Deron was my plumber, this guy is good! After walking me through the potential issue, he tries to fix the faucet. Still no pressure, the decision is made to change the faucet for something newer, as my old one was basically falling apart. He installs the new one and still no water pressure. Deron goes above and beyond and checks all the pipes and clears any corrosion. He finds a blockage that traveled into the spout and voila, problem solved! Deron was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of him. No question that If I have another plumbing issue I will definitely call Water Works and request Deron. Extremely Satisfied!
