    Inspection of water drains

    Larry from Water Works was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Assured me that our drains were fine, and notified me that the company neighbour was using doing drains were NOT neighbourly in their work ethics by dumping dirt and not tarping driveway to make sure everything was kept clean on our side. Thanks Larry for all your help and if ever encounter a drain problem would use Water Works as they are knowledgable, courteous and have an excellent work ethic.

    Plumbing

    I had a bad leak in the house, I called WaterWorks and they came the next day, provided me a fair quote and started on the work immediately. They promptly fixed up the leak by the sink and I would recommend them to anybody who needs a plumber. Will definitely call them again!

    plumbing

    Excellent customer service. Prompt and professional. toilet was leaking and we discussed alternatives. ended up buying a new toilet but this was necessary. Clean, courteous and I highly recommend this company.

    fixing a leaking toilet

    We had a tile man do our floors in the bathroom and he guaranteed us that he could remove the toilet and installed it once the floors were completed. As a result we had a leaky toilet which flooded the unit below us. Waterworks came with in a couple of hours as this was an emergency and rectified the less than professional workmanship of the tile man. We learned that cheap is expensive and expensive is cheap. Good work!

    emergency plumbing

    Waterworks office staff were very helpful and responsive to my situation (leaky shut-off valve from city intake). The on-site plumber Larry went the extra distance in dealing with my situation when the city couldn't turn off my water. I will use the services of this company in the future.

    install comfort toilet

    My daughter advised me to use this company and usual she came up trumps! He installed a fantastic toilet and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It was 30 years old and need to be changed.I love it!I think Ive died and gone to heaven! Elizabeth S,Newmarket

    Slow draining shower

    Called WaterWorks on Tuesday and on Thursday (could have came wed but I was working) Larry came by to fix my drain. Larry was courteous and fast. Got my drain fixed in about 20 minutes. I'll call again for sure.

    Exterior Hose Faucet & Interior Shut off Valve

    I needed to replace/repair an exterior hose faucet and the interior shut off valve. The prior "handyman" had installed a frost free hose valve improperly which failed and burst this winter. It sent gallons of water inside the house behind the drywall. Luckily I was home and could stop the flow of water. When looking for a service provider to replace this I wanted to ensure I had a company which would do this install with proper technique and materials and would stand by the job. Let me start by saying from my first call in to WaterWorks I was immediately impressed with the service I received from Natasha. I was able to explain the job and book an appointment right away. Natasha followed up at each stage - confirming the appointment, sending a photo via email of the plumber who would be coming, calling on the day an hour ahead to re-confirm he was on his way (and she is super helpful and pleasant!) I didn't have to sit at home and wonder if I would be left hanging after taking time off work to be there. (I CAN tell you there are some plumbers from this site who I am STILL waiting for a return phone call from - ha ha). Larry the plumber showed up right on time and got to work. The pricing was "by the book". Literally written and priced in the book of services - nice to be so transparent and straight up. The job was finished quickly and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day off work... That same evening I was looking at the install and realized there was an extra modification which would make this hose valve more secure on the outside wall and add an extra level of protection (considering our past experience we are looking to go above and beyond to make sure it won't happen again). I emailed Natasha and asked for their thoughts. Before the office opened the next morning I had a telephone call from Michael - the company president himself. He discussed some ideas with me and was at our house the next day to make the modification. Wow! I can tell you this is a company that really wants customers to walk away not just happy but with their expectations well exceeded! Thanks for going the extra, extra mile Michael and WaterWorks team. You will be our go-to for plumbing services and we will happily recommend your services anytime. Jennifer & Buzz

    Plumbing

    We had our bathroom floor redone and in the process the contractor didn't reinstall the toilet properly leading to leaking of the toilet through the ceiling to the living room. I called WaterWorks to fix the problem that the contractor left behind. They arrived on time and corrected the problem. Michael was very friendly and even had a book with all of the pricing which made me feel like we were not being ripped off as the prices were set. I will use WaterWorks Plumbing again!

    Faucet Cartridge Replacement

    Michael was great, very kind, knew what to do and was quick. He was happy to help when I asked him to do some extra small things for me. Thanks Michael.Natasha was great as well, communicated with me often before and after the appointment to ensure I was happy. I did feel that it was a little expensive for the work but I don't know what's typical.
