    Installation of new toilet & dishwasher & leaky pipe

    Michael did a splendid job in the installation of a new toilet and dishwasher and fixed a leaky pipe in my condo. He comes highly recommended. Natasha was also excellent too!

    annual inspection

    Last year Waterworks did an emergency repair of a leaking kitchen pipe & installed new toilet (came quick, worked efficiently, professional, no mess) - I signed up for their care plan as reduced cost and get an annual inspection. They nicely remembered I hadn't called and contacted me - the inspector Michael came on time, was professional and thorough and did not find anything that needed fixing (which made sense as wasn't having any trouble). Seems like an honest company, will use again.

    Install new outdoor water line

    I had a burst pipe going to our outdoor tap. Micheal came to take a look and suggested to install a new line at the side of the house that wouldn't be prone to bursting from cold temperatures. He came back three business days later and completed the job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and his price was competitive. He capped the old line and installed the new line quickly and efficiently. Natasha was great following up over the phone, confirming the visits and timing, and making sure everything went well at the end of the job. I would reccomend WaterWorks and will call them for any future plumbing needs.

    plumbing and drains

    I had a plumbing emergency and I used Waterworks and dealt with Michael and the service was great and very professional. I highly recommend for anyone that has any kind of plumbing problems to call cause they have the knowledge and do great work So Great Job WaterWorks!! George

    Unblock Shower Drain

    I've used The Water Works before, and continue to use them because of their reliable and professional service. Happy to have done so again. In addition to quickly unblocking the shower drain, he made a recommendation on how to avoid future blockages of the main drain, which I've experienced twice before.

    Shower

    Excellent experience with WaterWorks plumbing. Michael Yuffa repaired the shower quickly and efficiently and took time to explain what was going on and how to avoid it happening again. Will for sure contact this company for future repairs.

    blocked kitchen drains

    my kitchen sink was stuck. and I need a plumber. When I was waiting for TTC, I saw a car waterworks truck passing by. I remember the phone number, so I made a phone call. the next day Michel came and did good job. He solved my problem. Thanks a lot.

    emerg plumbing repair

    Mike and his partner were on the job in a matter of an hour, when the valve leaked from an exterior tap, and flooded part of our rec room. He was also able to recommend a water damage restoration company, and they were over to assess the damage right away. All in all, things were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Always a stressful time, but their prompt action made it far easier to handle.

    Toilet and valve replacements

    Excellent service by Natasha and Ali - they are extremely professional, not only got the original job done well and have identified an issue which could post a significant risk to the house - but I'm glad Ali was able to proactively detect the problem and got it fixed! Thanks!

    Leaking bath and clogged drain

    Professional and prompt service. I was satisfied with Michael's knowledge and service. I found it a bit pricey for a clogged drain. I think for more complex jobs it would be more worth it.
