    Tap replacement and water shut off valve

    The level of professionalism is amazing, from the calls to confirm appointment to a timely arrival of Larry. Larry was very knowledgeable and very professional. He completed all the work required and recommended options we would normally not have know about. I would use Water Works again. Excellent customer srrvice.

    toilet repairs and valve fixing

    Very pleased with service,very efficient,clean and Natasha was great to book with her.My only complaint is its very tedious to write a review here on Homestars.I wish they were as easy to work with as Water Works .This is my second time trying to write a review and I hope it will shows up! Other than a great company to work with and Homestars is a great reference tool. Sel.

    T Valve Installation

    We had a t valve installed to facilitate a waterline to our new fridge in a new construction home. The appointment was easy to book ( they work extended hours and weekends) The plumber arrived during the predetermined time and completed the job efficiently and with diligence.

    Water hook up for furnace humidifier

    I called WaterWorks to fix a long time problem of our humidifier's water supply. The types of water supply connectors installed by the furnace company just uses a pin to poke a tiny hole in the supply pipe, which inevitably clogs up with sediment, choking off the water and making the house dry. I needed a plumber to install a real T connector so a continuous water supply could be guaranteed. WaterWorks took my request and were very professional and service oriented from beginning to end. They sent over Larry to inspect and quote. He priced the work using his catalog and matched it to an ice machine hookup, which he said was similar. I thought the price was high but figured it might be several hours work, especially because the furnace is in a tight spot. The work was performed in an hour, maybe an hour and half. Larry did a nice job and clean up. The company followed up with a call to ensure satisfaction. Very service oriented as I said. I was very satisfied with the work. My only reservation in using these guys again would be the cost. I would shop around more to make sure I was getting a good deal in addition to good service.

    Repair toilet

    The friendly service was amazing. Very professional. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves which was greatly appreciated. We would hire them again and recommend them.

    hotwater tank replacement

    I'm very happy of the prompt service and Larry was very knowledgeable and professional.he was friendly and helpful.He helped me a lo and called Toronto hydro for me because we had a problem with the relay switch.Im very happy that he saved me the electrician too.Gerlinde Strangemann.

    commercial water repair

    service and response time was fast, techs arrived on time and accessed the problem immediately, gave us several choices and we stared by signing up with thier service plan and allowing them to repair the waterlines to the hot water tank. Work was completed within 2 hrs, and done professionally.

    Sump pump

    We contacted WaterWorks about a year ago to help solve our leaky basement problem. Larry came and did an assessment of our house. One of the things he recommended was to replace our aging sump pump with a newer model, which he then carried out the installation. Everything was fine since then until this past Friday right after the rain storm. The sump pump discharge pipe became loose and broke apart. I called WaterWorks right away and Natasha said they’ll dispatch someone to come the afternoon of the next day. During the specified time window, Leizl from the office called to notify us that a plumber was about to arrive. It was Larry again and he fixed our sump pump issue right away. Our sump pump was still under warranty, so they honoured it and we didn’t have to pay extra. Thank you very much WaterWorks! tl;dr: WaterWorks notified us ahead of time before someone is about to arrive at your house. They arrive at the specified time and fix the problem. They honour the warranty of their services.

    Plumbing

    Michael was extremely professional and efficient! He was confident and friendly and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. I would definitely call Waterworks again and recommend them to family and friends.

    Leaky faucet

    After an issue with an earlier plumber, Mike was able to come out and quickly resolve our leaky faucet in an older model tub. He was very courteous, did quality work and charged the same as what I paid 2 years ago. A good experience.
