    Frozen pipes

    I had frozen pipes and had no hot water in either bathroom. I phoned and within a couple of hours, a really nice man named Michael arrived and proceeded to defrost my pipes within a few minutes. I had tried myself with a hair dryer to warm the pipes but after hours of trying, nothing worked. Michael was able to fix the problem within a few minutes, and even gave me some tips on how to prevent the freezing pipes from recurring on upcoming cold days. Highly recommended!!

    Frozen Pipe

    We were extremely satisfied with the work of the Water Works and would highly recommend them. Coming home to a frozen pipe that started leaking is never a pleasant surprise on the coldest day of the year. Despite how busy they were a plumber was dispatched by Liz and Ali arrived in under 2 hours. Ali was very helpful and ran through a number of options after figuring out how to solve the issue. After a short period of time we had our water back on and a plan to solve the problem on a permanent basis in the very near future. Great job and well done. As customers we couldn't be more satisfied.

    Frozen Pipes/Leak Repair

    My pipes froze in a couple of places. Water Works had somebody at my place within hours, despite being very busy. Unfortunately for me, it quickly became clear that things were much more complicated than I hoped. Ali P spent six hours at my place and worked with me extensively to try and identify the problems and figure out solutions (both short and long term) for the frozen pipes. Incredibly, one pipe burst while he was here. Ali was very quick and responsive in dealing with the burst pipe and it was fixed with minimal problems. He did a fantastic job guiding us through a difficult set of problems and identifying the solutions.

    Plumbing Inspection

    I needed my bathtub inspected for a leak. Waterworks sent Ali, he was very professional, polite and caring. He inspected all of the washrooms very thoroughly. I had a great experience with this company! Will use again.

    Burst water pipe

    The rep, Liz, was helpful and courteous. The plumber, Terry, was punctual, did an excellent job, and explained everything he did. Both were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

    Toilet noise

    We thought we had shaky pipes, as every time we flushed the toilet or ran the sinks, we would hear a loud banging noise. With one call, Water works was available within the same week to come and take a look. They were extremely professional, efficient, and provided options to fix the problem. Thankfully, there wasn't an issue with pipes, just the toilet. It was a minor toilet tank rebuild. Fixed same day, within an hour. Although the charges were a bit hefty for a minor fix, it was completed quickly. No need for us to go out, find parts, youtube DIY, etc. With a baby and a crazy schedule, it was well worth it!

    Plumbing

    I am very satisfied with the service that I received. I was happy to see that there were no additional costs for weekend calls. My first impression for the company was the receptionist Liz who very helpful. She put me at ease right away letting me know that someone will be available to help. Ali came and spent a long time working on the problem and cleared most of it but we were not totally up and running. LIz called back to ask how satisfied I was with the service. I told her I had further questions and she made sure that someone would follow up with me. First thing Monday morning Natasha called and let me know that the owner Mike would be by to look at the situation. MIke came with Ali and they looked at the problem another way and were able to get us up and running. They gave me some suggestions that I can do to improve even more. I will most certainly call them again and recommend Water Works Plumbing to family and friends

    Unclog toilet

    Booked the appointment around 10:30a with Natasha at the office who was very friendly, she set up a window of 12-4 and Larry showed up about 2pm. He took the time to explain the pricing of the job based on different outcomes. He worked efficiently, without making a mess and talked about what he was doing. The price was reasonable, we were very happy with the service.

    Plumbing

    Plumber Ali P. was prompt, tidy, polite and knowledgeable. He gave me constructive advice that will guide me to solve my issues and I would be happy to have him back should I screw up the job myself!

    Plumbing - sink repair

    Waterworks was one of the best experiences I've had. Despite our old sink being a strange "handyman special" and they were able to take it apart and fix it. They were fast, honest, and did a great job. Very polite and courteous throughout. Highly recommended!
