    Backwater Valve

    We had completed a full interior waterproofing project last April, and the backwater valve was the final missing piece of protection that I'd wanted to do. I'd had Waterworks in to investigate another minor leak, and asked them to undertake this work. They had someone on site the same week, and when the project couldn't be completed on the Friday that they started, they had someone show up Saturday morning to complete the work. Cleanup after the fact was outstanding... hard to believe given the large pile of dirt that was on my laundry room floor during the project! Throughout it all, Michael and the waterworks staff kept in regular contact to ensure that things were progressing, and even assisted me in applying for the appropriate permits from the City of Toronto. Really outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Blocked waste pipe

    On January 27th, the waste pipe in the basement started backing up onto the basement floor, creating a small pool. Unable to use the toilets, sinks or shower, as the waste water was feeding the pool on the floor, I left message for two other plumbers who were referred to me by friends. I called Waterworks Plumbing in a panic, spoke to Natasha who advised her team were very close to my location. Michael and his partner showed up in EIGHT minutes! In all of twenty minutes, they "snaked" the waste line, broke through the blockage and wrapped up the job. Michael was forthright about the issue, the costs, what needed be done in the spring. I would highly recommend this gentleman and his company to anyone. I've already handed out his contact particulars to a couple of friends. It helps to have professional and trusted personnel, when an emergency strikes or if a person is thinking of making changes/renovations in their home. THANK YOU MICHEAL AND NATASHA for your light-speed service!! p.s. It's one full day later and I'm still waiting for the "other" two plumbers to return my calls.

    Water Leak

    I had a toilet water line that was leaking in the 3rd floor leading to drips on the 2nd floor ceiling. I checked HomeStars as usual and found WaterWorks had the most reviews with the highest satisfaction. After Ali's visit today, I can see why the company has great reviews. I have never felt such customer satisfaction from the beginning till the end. After showing him the problem, he explained what the problems could be in a very mannered way. The best part was that he didn't jump to conclusions and checked everything that could have led to the leakage. He started to work on the leak only when he was 100% sure of the situation. Explained every little detail and the price quote of the job to make sure I agree to the terms. In the end, it was a small job but he still worked his hardest and checked his work over and over again. If I ever have a plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call WaterWorks and ask for Ali P. as for his service today was an A+.

    plumbing problem

    Michael from Waterworks went above and beyond. I booked the appt to check a leaky washing machine, after a quick fix, he offered to check the plumbing in the rest of my house while he was there, for no extra charge! Wonderful experience

    Frozen pipe

    We called WaterWorks after realizing that we had a frozen pipe. The office manager was very helpful and it was very easy to book an appointment. Michael came the very next day to try and thaw the pipes. He was very thorough and explained to us some of the reasons for why this happened. Unfortunately after 2 hours, he was unable to thaw the pipes which was likely because we had plastic pipes in the wall. Since he wasn't able to resolve the issue, Michael never charged us. He did however recommend some things that we could do on our own to try and help thaw the pipes. Michael then called us 2 days later to follow up and see how things were going. He was very approachable and answered all our questions. He also offered more longterm options to prevent the issue in the future. A week later, we then found a leak in our bathroom and we called WaterWorks again. Larry came by on the weekend and was able to quickly sort this out for us. He was punctual and very helpful in giving us solutions for the issue. We had a very good experience with this company - both Larry and Michael are dependable and they were not out to gouge us. All of their time and advice cost us only $40! We would definitely recommend them .

    Toilet Problems

    Had a problem where the toilet would not fill with water. Spent some time trying to fix it myself with no luck. Called WaterWorks to help. Really great experience. Michael and team were absolutely great. Diagnosed the problem quickly. It only required a minor part change and Michael offered an honest assessment of the cost for them to fix vs doing it on my own. In the time remaining he looked at the rest of the house and offered matter of fact advice for areas I may want to consider addressing. Expert, friendly and honest services.

    Running Toilet

    Michael from Waterworks saved the day, our water bills and our ears in December when he stopped our toilet from running non-stop. He came over the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1/2 an hour. Then, he went above and beyond to ask if there were any other annoying issues around the house he could help with. He then fixed an under performing tap and looked into a few other issues. ABOVE AND BEYOND! That's how I'd describe his service…And we're just so happy we don't have to listen to that annoying trickle of the toilet anymore!

    Plumbing

    I had an excellent experience with WaterWorks Plumbing & Drains. Michael was prompt, professional, and courteous. I was advised of the consultation fee up front and there were no surprises when it came to price. Michael took his time answering all my questions, and even tightened some loose toilet fittings free of charge. He gave me honest advice instead of trying to sell me additional services. WaterWorks will be my first call for plumbing services in the future.

    Leaky faucet causing damage to other units

    Our faucet was leaking and causing damage to another unit. Called WaterWorks and Larry came to fix it. Larry clearly communicated what the problem was and what it would cost to fix it. He fixed it promptly and thoroughly. Superior service from Office Manager Natasha too. She kept us up to date with when Larry would arrive and emailed a picture of what he looks like so we would know who to expect. We didn't have to guess when to be home and weren't kept waiting around all day. Thanks so much to Larry and Natasha for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

    Blockage removal

    Michael Yuffa did a great job working in my Home. He was very respectful, clean and friendly. The blockage was removed and everything is back in working order ! I appreciate the fast and efficient service.
