    Tighten Faucets, Steam Shower, Hot Water, Install Water Filtration System

    I greatly appreciate Waterworks professionalism and punctuality. Michael, Larry, and Natasha are all excellent to work with. I was extremely satisfied with the work performed and would definitely recommend their services.

    Replace valve for frost free tap

    Michael came promptly and assessed the need for a new valve. Pricing was clear before the work started. It was a difficult job because the tap is in a wall in a tight space. He was very careful and left the the room tidy after the job was completed. A follow up phone call from Natasha to check that the job was well done was appreciated. I am very satisfied with this company.

    Water line cap

    I called Water Works to cap a water line that was not going to be used again. Water Works responded very quickly, and came within a couple of days. Michael capped the line, and removed the piece that was not required. The work was neatly done. He was very polite and professional. Their price was reasonable, and I would use them again.

    Install new taps, unclog drains

    Larry from Waterworks installed new taps and shut-off valves in the guest bathroom, unclogged sink and shower drains in the ensuite bathroom. He did a great job, left the place clean and was very courteous and helpful.

    kitchen sink clogged

    Very good services. We have a clogged kitchen sink, Michael arrived on time on a cold day, he's friendly, professional and patient. Not only that he have done the job perfectly, he also shared a his knowledge and experience so I learned better how to maintain the draining system, he also inspected my whole house to make sure everything else is safe to go.

    Washing machine hose extension consultation

    I was very impressed with Water Works. From the easy initial booking over the phone with Natasha, to the courtesy reminder call an hour before my appointment, to the follow-up phone call after the job was done, and to the overall friendliness and consideration of the staff, I was extremely happy with the service provided by this company. Another plus: the plumber wore boot covers when working in my home. This was really appreciated. I've had lots of contractors in my home and have only seen this happen twice.

    Plumbing

    Thank you Michael and Natasha. The upstairs toilet had a slow leak into the downstairs room. The flange was loose and set too low. even with some new gaskets, Michael realized that the leak was coming from the back of the tank. thanks for solving the problem for us.

    install two exterior water shut offs and replace two exterior taps

    Very professional, very fast and very courteous service. It wasn't cheap but the work was very well done. I have used WaterWorks in the past and would use them again.

    Kitchen Faucet install

    I had to replace a leaking kitchen faucet and install 3 new shutoff valves under the sink. I purchased the kitchen faucet myself. Natasha arranged the appointment for Michael to do the work and even emailed Michael's picture in advance (this is a nice touch considering it was my wife at home with my 2 year old daughter). Michael arrived on time and provided a quote for the job based on a predetermined price list. The prices are not cheap, you could pay a handyman less to do this kind of job, but the pricing is competitive and transparent. Natasha followed up with a call after the work was completed to gather feedback. If you are someone who appreciates value for money, then I highly recommend Waterworks. The level of customer service is exceptional and the work itself is honest and of a high standard. Working with a qualified professional who is insured that will stand behind their work and be honest with you is the real value here.

    Shower Repair

    Waterworks sent Michael Luffa to our house to investigate a slow leak. What we got was some honest frank advice, and a action plan to order parts and complete a cost effective repair later when the parts arrive. Can not ask for anything more....
