    Laundry Room Floor Drain Blockage

    Michael was very friendly and professional. He noticed our hot water was only lukewarm and even offered to adjust that too. We can now pour water down our sink without worry. Natasha responded to emails and calls quickly. Thanks!

    Kitchen sink installation and drain piping

    I found everyone at The Water Works Plumbing to be incredibly professional. I was particularly impressed with Natasha's call prior to anyone arriving. Approximately 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, she confirmed that timing was still good for me and emailed me a photo of the plumber who would be at my door shortly. Once on site, Larry was friendly, shared with me what needed to be done and did the work quickly and efficiently. Shortly after Larry left, I received a second call from Natasha to ensure everything had gone well.

    Sump Pump

    Called waterworks to check out my existing sump pump in my recently purchased home as I wasn't sure it was working properly. Larry came by and was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Waterworks again.

    Bathroom Faucet leaking

    I called on a Sunday as we had a terrible leaky faucet and I was expecting a voice message but to my surprise Randle picked up the phone and took down my info and details and informed me that he would have someone come out first thing Monday morning. Natasha called me just after 9am on Monday and informed me that Michael would be there in an hours time and to expect thim. She also sent me an e-mail with a photo of Michael so that I could identify him. Michael provided excellent service repairing the leaky faucet quickly and efficiently. Michael was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and provided other usefull information. This was my first time to use a plumber and I would for sure call Michael and his team again and would highly recommend Water Works to family and friends. John from North York.

    Clogged Washing Machine Drain

    Michael and Frank provided excellent service repairing the washing machine drain in my son's condo. The drain was in a very small closet and very difficult to access. They came on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. Natasha in their office made and coordinated all the arrangements and did a fantastic job handling the communications, which were somewhat complex because the condo is rented by another family. Michael was very professional, knew exactly what the problem was and that he had almost certainly resolved it. He made sure everything was cleaned up properly and had some very good suggestions, including putting the difficult to move washer/dryer on rollers -- many thanks!

    Plumbing

    We had a clogged toilet and two leaky faucets. I spoke to Natasha to book an appointment. She was friendly and helpful. Larry arrived to address our problems the next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided a quote before he began the work (I thought it was on the expensive side but decided to go ahead). Larry had to remove the toilet to get at the clog which was deep in the pipe. He also supplied and installed 2 new faucets. The work was performed quickly and I am very happy with the results.

    plumbing fixture

    I just had Michael come to the house. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and he was able to rectify the problem. I highly recommend Michael from Waterworks.

    Outside water supply shut off valve replacement

    Michael was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done quickly and he took the time to explain everything, showing me step by step. I would use Waterworks again.

    replace cracked faucet in bathroom

    Natasha called in the morning to let me know when to expect Frank the plumber. Frank arrived on time, investigated and explained the problem, and explained the repair options. He then performed the repair quickly and efficiently. Some months late a problem emerged -- the wood had rotted and the new faucet had been mounted on insecure wood. I called and Michael the plumber came and installed a better faucet more securely at no charge.

    Plugged bathroom sink

    We had a plugged bathroom sink for about a week. I tried snaking it myself and drain cleaner but to no avail. Called them 930am, picked up immediately and booked same day. Larry came over and fixed with ease and explained problem to me. Prices laid out clearly, no surprises or pressure to sign up for service plan even though offered.
