    Fixing a broken valve

    I had used them before and was generally happy but for the fact the price of their services seemed too high for the difficulty of the job. This time I called and they arrived promptly but the technician basically told me he couldn't help me - said it was a fancy valve that he didn't have and would be too much trouble to get. Basically he told me to do it myself. Completely unhelpful. Paid the $40 consultation fee and sent him on his way. Subsequently found someone who was more than willing to help.

    Leak in tub

    Michael came after a leak in my tub- immediately recognized the issue and fixed it in less than hour. Also gave me some useful advice about maintenance. Very professional and friendly and punctual. Excellent service.

    Install a washing machine, get quote for leaky bathtub

    Michael from Waterworks is a friendly and knowledgeable workman. He quickly ascertained my needs around a washing machine (water and drain hookup) installation and recommended a less expensive solution, which really impressed me. I'll be using Waterworks for all my future plumbing needs.

    Shower ceiling leaking

    We had a leakage in our shower ceiling. Waterworks crew came promptly and after giving us a quote did a very good work promptly. He also had a quick look at our leaking tap in our bathroom and quickly concluded that we just had to change the faucet where another company wanted to charge us a few hours of work just to open up everything and tell us what the issue was. Clean, courteous and pleasant. We are using them now for all our repairs/ projects

    Leak from toilet

    I contacted Waterworks Plumbing for a leaky toilet issue. Right from the first telephone call, I felt that I had made the right choice. They had an appointment for the following morning. I received a phone call in the morning informing me that Michael was on his way. I also got an e mail from Michael to inform me of the same. Needless to say, Michael and Frank were great!!! Professional and very pleasant. They found out what the issue was, explained it to us and fixed it on the spot. They both were great as professionals as well as really nice people! I later received a call back to ask whether the issue was resolved as well as an e mail. We are extremely happy with their service and wish them the best.

    repair my Toto toilet and Zuchetti faucet drain

    Dear Michael, thank you for the wonderful service.You were so prompt.Natasha was so lovely and |Michael arrived on time and was so professional.Unlike anyone else we have ever used.He gave me some great tips to save money on our plumbing and utilities,and never once upsold me into anything not needed.In fact he gave us a few choices on our repairs.I would not recommend Toto toilets,as this one has been very problematic.Thank you very much,Anne,

    Drain blockage/sump pump

    I have nothing but positive things to say about Larry, the plumber who completed the work, as well as the office staff. I had a backed up sewer drain which he fixed with a smile. While he was here I got him to replace an old sump pump and he noticed the connector to my water heater was leaking and gave me very specific instructions on what to tell the technicians when they arrived (it's a rental). Had I not had a professional on site to back up my leak claim they would have gone away thinking there was no leak and nothing wrong. They confessed to him that they weren't qualified to fix the problem, so another team (hopefully more qualified) is coming tomorrow. Thanks Larry!

    Leak from toilet

    Wow!! Amazing customer service from this company. They called me back fast and I had an appointment set up in a few days. Larry the service tech arrived within the time frame they gave and was fast at finding the problem and fixing it! thanks guys!

    Valve Replacement

    I was unable to turn off the outside water valve and called Water Works. The appointment was scheduled and they arrived on Time. Michael was friendly, informative and professional. The work was completed quickly and Michael provided some useful tips for me to do some maintenance myself. I would definitely recommend Water Works to anyone in need of plumbing work.
