    Blocked toilet

    The day before the Thanksgiving weekend my toilet hopelessly blocked up. I was panicked that I'd be looking at having to pay for an expensive visit from a plumber over the long weekend. I called Waterworks and Michael showed up a half hour later, solved the problem and made recommendations for maintaining my bathroom problem free. He was efficient and left my bathroom clean. He is amazing. Natasha called later to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with the service, which I am.!

    WaterWorks Plumbing

    They solved my hot water issues the very next day after I called. Fast prompt service! It's going to be great to have hot showers again, Thanks WaterWorks for your quick action.

    Kitchen Sink Plumbing

    Great call center service, notifying you of when they will arrive. Speedy and good service, providing good quarlity materials for replacement. Was also able to provide a quick assessment of the bathroom shower and did a quick fix on the shower handle.

    Unclog a drain

    We had a clogged drain to the point where we really couldn't use any significant amount of water. Natasha booked the appointment and followed up and was very friendly. Larry V came and snaked out the drain. It was a bit of work but Larry got it done. Very satisfied.

    Clogged Toilet

    Our basement toilet was clogged. Every time we flushed the toilet, the drain in our furnace room would over flow and come back up! We previously went with Michael and Waterworks 2 years before on a bathroom leak and had our issue solved right away. So we decided to go with them again. Michael and Frank came on time and quickly established the issue. They tried to find the least costly method to clear the pipe, which was greatly appreciated! But unfortunately luck wasn't on our side so the toilet had to be removed to unclog the pipe. The entire process took no more than an hour I would say. Quick. Reliable. And they put back our toilet and cleaned up the mess. Michael also helped answer some questions about our upstairs washroom which was greatly appreciated. It helped put my wife's mind at ease :) Thank you Waterworks for yet another great job. Now we can flush in peace!

    outdoor hydrant/spicket

    the outdoor faucet for watering was leaking into the basement because of a broken pipe. The company was easy to arrange an appt, showed up on time and followed up after the project. I can't comment on price because we did not shop around. I was surprised at how expensive outdoor hydrants were to replace.

    Toilet Flange Repair

    When replacing an old toilet, the closet flange / toilet flange broke. Larry from WaterWorks came the next day. He promptly cut out the old flange and replaced with a new ABS flange. He was curteous, knowledgable, professional, and did a great repair.

    Faucet repairs

    Michael was amazing! When working on the faucet, he has encountered a number of issues; he then contacted the manufacturer, got the exact instructions on how to get it done PROPERLY; no guess work, only the most professional approach and excellent outcome. Thank you
