    drain inspection

    Contacted WaterWoks and arranged for an inspection of what appeared to be a drain shower drain backing up. Issue is a non-issue since water in adjacent bathtub when filled, needs to drain without causing back-up (contractor installed inadequate pie size). Visual inspection revealed need to have sink drain replaced. Continue to find service prompt and professional. They are on our first 'call list'

    Leaky faucet

    We called Michael about a leaky hot water faucet. He came quickly and fixed the problem. We have used WaterWorks on several occasions and each time they have delivered prompt service and offered good advice. I highly recommend using them. Shannon

    Plugged sink and water heater problem

    Found them on line with good reviews. They were polite and efficient on the phone. They showed up on time, were quick and cleared up any messes. Emailing photo ID is a nice touch. Would use again. Very good to deal with,

    Plumbing fixes

    Michael from WaterWorks installed a new p-trap in our kitchen sink to remove the smells that were coming due to a previous installation (not done by WaterWorks). He did a fantastic job and was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend WaterWorks to anyone!

    Kitchen sink leak

    Had a leaky pipes in the kitchen sink in our newly purchased home. Michael was on time, very friendly and professional. He gave me a range of options and upfront pricing, and was very creative in helping me solve the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend and will call again!

    Sump Pump Ejector Pipe Repair

    Cracked sump ejector pipe was repaired by Larry V. Unlike the plumber who had installed it, Larry addressed the pipe's likelihood of freezing and gave me multiple options. Even though I didn't choose the best option, he came up with a creative solution that fit my budget and that would make it easier for me to thaw the pipes when they inevitably freeze in the future. The job was done quickly and professionally and I would definitely call Waterworks again.

    Shower knob replacement

    Plumber arrived on time and completed the work quickly. I thought the fee was a little high but the company followed up with me and tried very hard to make me happy, so I would give them full marks for customer follow-up.

    slow drains

    Provided excellent and prompt service. Very professional and courteous. Also gave us great advice on some preventive maintenance to reduce future service calls. How many other companies do that ??

    Toilet flange repair

    Old flange needed reinforcement. Mike provided a flange overlay and everything works great. Also used Mike last year to install a backflow prevention valve on storm sewer line, and have been problem free ever since. He is kind, knowledgeable and experienced.

    Dripping faucet in bathroom

    A dripping faucet in a bathroom turned out to be a bigger problem than expected. Larry arrived quickly and advised to either order a part that would take time to arrive, or change the faucets. We opted to change the faucets which Larry expertly installed. The job was done quickly, the bathroom and work space was left neat and the drip was gone. Again, Larry did an excellent job.
