    Clogged drains

    WaterWorks was exceptional in terms of connecting with me when my appointment was going to happen and sent me an email with the picture of the plumber, for safety's sake. While the job ended up not really being needed as I had already snaked the toilet myself previously, nonetheless it was great to get a plumber's opinion on the issue. I was impressed that Wesley did not pressure me to do a more major auger job and advised that I probably just need a better toilet. The pre-visit communications and the follow-up have been exceptional.

    Replace sum pump plus leaking pipe, Install pop-up drain

    First time dealing with this company and the service provided by Larry was greatly appreciated. He arrived promptly and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done as promised and quickly. I'm a new home owner and he even taught me helpful hints to maintain my home. Thank you Larry! ^^ I would definitely recommend the company to others.

    Bathroom repairs

    Prompt response, on-time, good service. Fast. Not cheap, but the reliability of service and responsiveness to us was worth the cost. We were offered the annual subscription to reduce the cost of this visit and get priority service in the future - not sure if we'll need it, but we accepted it just in case.

    Bathroom sink leak

    Great Service. I Called Last minute and mike (the owner) showed up on time.he fixed the problem promptly. i would not hesitate to use this company in the future. thanks again mike

    dishwaher drain/ toilet tank

    Great Service. Diagnosed the problem for dishswaher and fixed as well as my toilet tank. A little expensive but great service. Price negotiated in advance with no rip-off.Great Job Jack.

    Plumbing

    Had a problem with my hot water (lack thereof). I called WaterWorks to help me figure out what was wrong and Michael came by in the morning, identified the problem in 5min, and fixed it 10min in. I'm definitely calling WaterWorks first for any of my future plumbing needs.

    Hot water tank clog

    Our hot water pressure throughout the house was down to a trickle. Called Waterworks and Larry arrived the next day. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. The pipes into and out of the tank were clogged. He did not try to sell us a new water tank (which was not the problem) which we appreciated. The hot water is running well again. Thank you Larry!

    Kitchen & Bathroom Plumbing

    We had plumber Wesley come to our home to unblock drains and fix leaks and he completed all of the tasks to a very high standard of quality and was speedy! Wesley was also very pleasant and we would happily call him again for our plumbing needs. Daniel of Toronto

    Garburator Removal

    Had an issue with my garburator and wanted to get rid of it. Read some great reviews for Water Works. Glad I called. Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Thank you!

    toilet replacement

    From the time Waterworks was initially contacted to the time the project was completed, everything was handled in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Michael was great and definitely went beyond what would normally be expected from such a visit. I would highly recommend him and his company and will use his services in the future.
