    Sink Installation and so much more

    I called in to have a new sink installed in my newly renovated kitchen, dishwasher hook up, and a valve connected from my refrigerator to my Keurig coffee maker, and the work was not only professionally done with minimal mess and disruption, but Michael and his assistant couldn't have been better. The work was done exactly how we wanted and the cost was in line with what we expected. Also, they not only explained to me what was happening but why they were doing it and what the benefits were. This increased my confidence in what they were doing. All of this work was done within a 2/12 hour time frame, working around a rather chaotic work environment. Courteous and timely, which is welcomed after a month of renovations. I have already recommended Michael and his team to my dad and will continue do so based on his continuous excellent customer service and quality of work.

    Clear blocked drain and install new toilet etc

    I've been using WATER WORKS for a number of years now and they arrive always on time and complete the work needed efficiently and always courteous.I even recommended them to my neighbor.Their service a bit pricey but they are really worth it.Thanks Michael

    General plumbing

    We recently moved into a house with a "finished basement". There was a bathroom , where the shower was constantly leaking through the wall onto the outside carpet in the basement floor. Michael really saved the day for us. His level of knowledge, attention to detail and the care he puts into helping his customers is really exceptional. He provides really good advice, and offers real common sense solutions and fixes to problems other companies would charge an arm and a leg for, On top of everything he is just a genuinely nice person. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael!

    outdoor pipe repair

    Due to freezing, we had a leak in our outdoor pipe that connects to our front garden hose. This is a project we were putting off dealing with as the pipe is under our porch and very hard to get at. We chose to go with waterworks as they were great last time and this time was no different. First off, our porch railing had not been properly secured by a previous contractor and Michael fell as he leaned on it.... thankfully he wasn't hurt and he was very professional, going so far as fixing the railing and ensuring it was in place before they left. Also, when they completed the project we realized that the water spout wasn't in the best spot making access to the porch difficult. Michael and his coworker started again and readjusted the pipe with no additional cost. They were quick extremely courteous and I would happily go with them again and again. Natasha, the main contact when ou call, is very professional with returning calls and confirming the appointment, payment options were flexible.

    replacement of furnace humidifier valve

    I got a call telling me what time the plumber would come. Michael came promptly. It was great NOT to have to wait around for hours for someone to show up. The job was done efficiently, leaving the area clean. He even helped me put my camping equipment away afterwards. I got a followup call afterwards to check that the job had been done to my satisfaction. What reliable service!

    replace toilet plus leaking pipe kitchen

    Had a slow leak under one of the double kitchen sinks, and wanted to replace an older toilet with a newer one. Found all aspects of service providing from the prompt, friendly, informative office to the timeliness of the appointment, quality of the explanations, work and cleanup by Larry to be excellent. That they send you a picture of the worker in advance, give you a quote and then if you accept it, immediately do all repairs the same visit was great. Having had similar work done in the past found the price to be reasonable (bit below what I expected given the amount of work needed to fix the kitchen leak). Will definitely use Waterworks again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

    Plumbing

    From the very first phone call with Natasha...to Michaels professional demeanor...to the follow up call from Natasha, everything was perfect. Michael was on time, reviewed all the work that needed to be done, gave me a full quote, and completed the work in a timely manner.     General Plumbing Repairs and Replacements

    I had several minor repairs that needed to be done in my home as well as two faucet replacements. My only disappointment was that they were not able to address my needs right away and the appointment was booked 4 days out. On the day, they arrived early for my appointment and made very sure that everything was done and was done to my liking. I will not hesitate to recommend WaterWorks to anyone requiring plumping and I appreciate their integrity.

    flood help

    Michael from Waterworks, who is our neighbour, came over during a recent flood and helped us get rid of the water before any damage was done and therefore we were able to avoid making a claim through our insurance. He also came over once in winter when we had heating disruption and lost two radiators. But with his help draining the remaining radiators he helped us avoid losing other downstairs radiators. He is a good neighbour and a good plumber. Jack Newman (162 Chiltern Hill Road).

    Temperature Valve repair

    The Grohe temperature valve on our tub faucet was not working. Michael came and replaced the cartridge. He was on time, helpful and polite. He was also quite patient since he needed some information from Grohe who took over 3/4 hour to respond. We were completely satisfied with the work done,.
