    toilet repair/installation

    We had a leaking toilet that we noticed during the night. WaterWorks came very promptly the next morning, quickly identified the problem, and solved it within a few hours. Great, friendly service!

    plumbing inspection, replacement of toilets

    Waterworks Plumbing scheduling is efficient and timely. Master plumber Michael Yuffa arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of all plumbing in my house, suggested replacement toilets and also did the replacement jobs on the same day. Hassle free and efficient service.

    Water heater issue

    This company is not only punctual, diligent, reasonable and professional but warm as well. Exceptional customer service and Michael left our office feeling like we've been serviced with the utmost skill. We will definitely be recommending WaterWorks to friends & family!

    Main Drain blockage, Trap replacement

    Efficient and professional. Great quality work. Sorted out the problem and cleaned up afterwards. Quite an expensive operation, but significant hole-digging required. Waterworks were able to split the payment over two months to lessen the blow. My only comment would be that they arrived on the 3rd attempt, meaning that I had to wait around at home for 2 half days for no reason. I would still recommend Waterworks.

    Pipe Hammer Noise

    Larry arrived as scheduled and was quick to find the root cause of the noise. He went further and explained how and why it happens. Upon his recommendation, I contacted the water heater company and they replaced the problem pipe with a new ball check. Problem solved..Great job.

    Leaking Kitchen Sink, General Plumbing

    Left a message with Water Works on late Saturday night and Michael promptly called Sunday morning and came by the house on Sunday afternoon. It was not an emergency but it left our kitchen sink unusable. I am very particular person and Michael met all my expectations. He was extremely professional, friendly, efficient and competent. He had all the parts in his truck. He answered all my questions and I was so impressed with Michael that I had him fix all the other lingering plumbing problems (broken toilet handle, faulty shower knob) while he was at my house. He uses a price chart so you know exactly what you are paying for parts and labour. I will be definitely be calling Water Works for any future plumbing problems. Thank you Michael!

    Leaking basement pipe

    The pipe in my basement that feeds water to the garage seemed to be leaking, so I called WaterWorks and Larry came by to check it out. He was quite thorough, and when he found there was no problem, he explained patiently to me that the water was just condensation (even though there was a lot of it!) I'm glad there was no real problem this time, but I would definitely call Larry again in the future if I need something fixed. He was very professional and very patient. Thanks Larry!

    Water line valve replacement

    Their plumber showed up when he said he would, explained the problem and provided options. presented themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Work was well done. Would definitely use them again.

    General Plumbing

    Waterworks was extremely reliable. Natasha was there to confirm my appointment ahead of time and follow up with satisfaction afterwards. I was send a picture of the plumber prior to his arrival and they were always on time. My only complaint would be the wait time to get the appointment, but I would definitely use them again.
