    No hot water in shower

    There was no hot water flow when the shower handle was turned to hot. I googled and found WaterWorks Plumbing + others through HomeStars. WaterWorks was the only one answered by a live person - all others requested that I leave a message. I booked an appointment. I was notified within an hour of Larry's arrival. He was able to find the problem - temperature control balancing spool - and replace it. I was very pleased with the professionalism and service level.

    Shower

    They were called out b/c the ceiling was leaking water and to assess the problem. They caulked corner joints & we will have them out again to open the slow shower drain. Very good scheduling and service.

    Plumbing

    Not only was my bathroom sink not draining properly, I kept hearing water draining from pipes several minutes after I shut off the tap. I decided to call WaterWorks. When Larry came I showed him what was wrong and also mentioned I was concerned that my kitchen sink was a bit slow in draining. He checked the kitchen sink and said it was slow to drain as he felt the pipes were narrow & it just would take a little longer than usual. That eased my mine. When he checked my bathroom sink......well that was a diiferent story. The pipe had cracked and water was running down the outside of the pipe. It wasn't cheap but he got a new pipe and installed the new one. It's been draining well since. Thank you WaterWorks Plumbing. This could have ended up costing me a lot more if you didn't get the job done so well and so fast.

    Outdoor Faucet

    The technician (Michael) was punctual and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. He was polite and courteous. He provided a quote prior to beginning the job. We will definitely call WaterWorks Plumbing for future work!

    irrigation valve installation

    our irrigation valve would not close completely and it leaked all winter and burst the outside pipe.We called in Waterworks and they showed up on time and did a great job with lots extra advice.thank you so much from kevin Richmond hill.

    Bathroom faucet

    I bought the platinum warranty plan the first time Michael replaced my bathroom faucet. One of the handles became loose and fell off a year later. I called WaterWorks for repair and Michael came and fix it on the same day. I always appreciate their timely and friendly service!

    Repair Laundry valves

    We had noticed a flood in our basement which was coming from the laundry room above. We contacted WaterWorks Plumbing. A friendly receptionist answered the phone and within minutes a service call was booked. Within 12 hours a service repairman was at our door exactly on time guaranteed and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. He was professional and knwoledgeable. I would highly reccomend this company for anyone needing plumbing services or rep[airs.

    Refitting outdoor faucet

    A previous contractor left us with a shoddy piping repair that continued to leak into our basement when the water was switched on. We called waterworks because we had been pleased with other work they'd done for us in the past and this time was no exception. Michael was kind, clean and courteous, and in less than 2 hours he replaced the shoddy cracked piping and left us with a greatly improved hose hookup. Great work at a fair price; highly recommend!

    Replace Faucet; fix leak

    Had a great experience with WaterWorks. Natasha was professional and friendly and arranged a timely visit; she also confirmed when Larry would be arriving and sent a photo in advance so I would recognize him. Larry was prompt; he looked at the plumbing issues immediately, gave a quote, and had the job done within 1 1/2 hrs. He replaced the kitchen faucet, but I also thought I might be getting a leak under the sink, which he addressed promptly and replaced the pipes in question and showed that the pipes were basically corroded right through and would definitely have caused major problems in the near future. Very positive experience.

    Unclog two drains

    Completely fantastic experience from booking the job with Natasha at the front desk, to getting a quote, they had fast availability... Good communication leading up to the visit, called ahead to ask if they could come early that day. GREAT advice and options from Michael the owner which saved me significant amount of money. Everything was kept clean and neat afterwards... Basically, a perfect service call!
