We found 4sight Inspections Inc. by searching reviews online. We usually are very skeptical of online reviews, but the reviews for 4Sight Inspections were accurate. From the initial inquiry phone call, Michael was very professional and informative. He gave us a brief explanation of his experience and qualifications and went into detail about what services he provides. On the day of the inspection, Michael arrived on time and went straight to work. He encouraged us to walk through the whole inspection with him as he explained any concerns or suggestions he had. He was very thorough in his inspection, even going into our very small crawl space to make sure the roof and insulation were in good condition. He was very informative and was willing to take the time to address our many questions/concerns. He took many pictures of his findings, which were then emailed to us in a detailed report within an hour of our inspection. We were relieved to have found a home inspector who was professional, experienced, friendly and who demonstrated a genuine care for his job, all at a reasonable price.
