    Burlington Home Inspection

    I want to start off by saying that I would highly recommend Mike and team from 4 Sight without thinking twice. My great experience began on the phone. Mike was very attentive and thorough on the phone and made me feel at ease. Mike arrived promptly at 9AM and began the inspection of the exterior of the house. I was with him every step of the way and he pointed out some obvious and not so obvious issues, explained the importance/urgency of them and implications of not rectifying the issue. For the rest of the 2.5 hour inspection Mike looked at every nook and cranny in the house and explained what he was doing and looking out for every step of the way. He even went as far as ensuring the kitchen appliances were in good working order, the sensors on the garage door were operable and even did some quick easy fixes to some out of place insulation in the attic. Honestly - Mike was great, the inspection was thorough and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommend him.

    Home inspection

    Chris was polite, knowledgeable and was very helpful in make us aware of any potential items of note. He also climbed all the way into a 110F attic to make sure all was in working order. Highly recommend.

    Home Inspection Experience

    We had our home inspection with Steve Blayney and was surprise to see Rob Chaine, another inspector. We are getting 2 inspectors for the price of one. More eyes to look into our first time home purchase. Steve and Rob was very thorough and they are double checking each item in the house. Being a first time home buyer, I learned a lot from the inspection. Steve was very friendly and accommodating with our questions and very detailed in explaining what he is doing. They both take time to explain their findings and gives recommendations on what to look after in maintaining a home. They are not rushing into things and making sure everything was inspected. They are very professional. The cost is also reasonable with thermal imaging included which I think is a very helpful in inspecting hidden issues. I am very satisfied with the inspection and in the very detailed report. Thank you very much, Steve & Rob.

    Thorough and Knowledgeable

    Michael made a stressful situation calming. We were purchasing a turn of the century home that we thought would have issues. Michael spent 3+ hours inspecting every corning of the house. He was thorough and took the time to answer any of my questions I had during the inspection. He even took the time to quickly fix minor repairs and speak to my husband over the phone since he was not able to make it. The report he provided came with pictures and detailed information. I would highly recommend Michael and his team! Top notch work. Thank you for making our first home purchase less stressful!!!

    Awesome company and beyond awesome service!!

    Michael showed up on time, did a fantastic job pointing out concerns and issues as well as being patient and educational in his responses to my various questions. Definitely recommended!! Top notch!!

    Home Inspection

    We are first time home buyers and Michael walked us through the entire home explaining the purpose of each piece of equipment and what to do in every possible event. He even fixed some small stuff and taught us how to fix some other issues. The inspection report is very neat. It was money well spent. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    We just had our home inspection with Mike today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, we definitely learnt a lot. Mike was well prepared and equipped for the inspection, the inspection also included thermal imaging. Not only was he able to pinpoint the problem areas, he also educated us on how and why it happened. Depending on the severity of the issue, he gave us recommendations on remediation. The inspection took almost 4 hours, and it was 4hrs of learning for us as first time homeowners. We are very grateful to have found him through his online reviews which are already impeccable.     Home Inspection on July 26

    Michael did our inspection, a good guy very friendly and takes time to point things out issues/possible issues and explains why they could be a problem and preventative measures or repairs. He really looks at everything, he takes his time and does a great job. My concern with the house we were buying was the foundation and we were only 40 mins into the inspection and he found water issues and lots off it in the basement in the front of the house, he also found a big crack in the foundation in the back of the house with a bit of pooling water that corresponded with the crack. I was ready to buy this house and sink a lot of money into renovations there was no budget for foundation repairs. Michael saved me a lot of money, easily 20,000.00 in foundation repairs, tears and heart ache. I will be using him again , there is no question.

    It's obvious why they're top rated

    Michael is such an honest and trustworthy guy. He's personable and extremely knowledgeable. What great value 4sight offers. He takes the time to explain the technicalities in everyday understandable laymen terms. I'm confident that he explored and accurately documented all items that I needed to be concerned about. He offers preventative recommendations and suggestions about minor repairs and costs. 4sight is truly deserving of their high ratings! I would use them again and refer them repeatedly.

    Amazing job

    We were referred to 4sight Inspections Inc and was very pleased! Service was impeccable through all stages - inquiry , booking, inspection and reporting. Michael was our inspector and he was amazing and very thorough. We will not hesitate recommending 4sifh Inspections Inc in the future
