    House Inspection

    Steve from 4site inspections was great answered all our questions and explained everything he was doing and what he found as he went along. He also gave us plenty of good maintenance tips along the way. We highly recommend him.

    Home inspection

    I just bought my first house in Oakville and used 4sight to do my home inspection. Michael was my inspector. He was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I knew little about house structure and learnt a lot from him. The report he provided was very detailed. I would definitely recommend Michael to my friends. Thank you!

    Home inspection

    Michael was our home inspector. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered our questions on the issues found as he was doing the inspection. The report was very detailed and included everything he found. I would recommend him and will not hesitate to use their service again.

    Home Inspection

    4Sight Inspections has incredible professionalism and more than lives up to their claims. Mike was very thorough and precise. His explanations of any found issues were to the point, and easy to understand. I received no BS and was very pleased by his confidence and experience. Anything he found, he made clear its severity and let me know its level of importance. I would highly recommend 4Sight Inspections Inc. to anyone within their serviced area!

    Home inspection

    Very thorough and professional. Excellent and informative report. It was a good learning experience for me too. Michael also provided suggestions on maintenance and fixing some issues. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael.

    Home Inspection

    My fiancé and I have been looking for our first home for awhile now and have never gone through the process. We were recommended to do a home inspection and chose 4Sight based on a recommendation. We couldn't Have been happier! We dealt with Rob who was very patient, informative and ultimately helped us with the necessary information to purchase our first home!     Home Inspection

    We recently purchased our first home and used 4sight to complete our home inspection. 4sight was great right from the start. When we called to get our quote we told Mike that this was our first home. He advised us that when we get quotes from other inspector we should ask them things such as; what is their level of certification, how many years of experience do they have, do they do home inspection part-time of full-time. We felt like this was great advice. The home inspection with Mike went very well. Mike pointed out every good and bad thing he noticed. He answered all questions we had, and when we didn't understand something he took the time to explain it and make sure we understood. He even took the time to show us how to properly light our fireplace. We received the digital home inspection report within hours of the inspection. It was very detailed and had links to information explaining how to properly maintain and repair parts of your home. We are very satisfied with the 4sight service. I'm hanging on to their number.

    Home Inspection

    We purchased an older home in Hamilton and were eager to have it inspected before beginning renovations. Mike was very through with his inspection. He answered all of our questions and invited us to call him if we had any further concerns. I would not hesitate to use his service again in the future or recommend him to our family and friends.

    Great Service

    I usually dont put review online unless i know a business deserve one. For sure 4Sights Home Inspection deserve it, special mention to Rob. They tried their best to accommodate my requests in tight time limitation. Rob is so professional handling the process from emails, inquiries, during inspections and to a quick turnaround of the inspection report. He is so patient, knowledgeable and thorough. For sure an honest company to do your home inspection. Price is also not bad for a quality of work and service. Great Job! Keep it up. God Bless.

    Home Inspection

    Michael with 4Sight Inspections Inc. was recommended. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was not simply a "look and assess" approach to home inspection, which isn't always that useful but rather had tools and equipment to back up and test what he was saying. For example: signs of previous water damage however no moisture from the reader meant the problem had likely been dealt with previously. I would recommend Michael again.
