    Home Inspection

    I had a fantastic experience with this company. We were able to arrange for an inspection on really short notice and they did accomodate an even shorter change on the timeslot. Rob was great, absolutely knowleadable and patiently answering questions/explaining observations! Thanks a lot!

    Home inspection

    Steve did a great job with the inspection. He is an expert at this subject and I found him to be very educational. Full report was provided shortly after the inspection. Very satisfied with my choice.

    Home Inspection

    Michael is a very personal fellow with a great sense of humour . His knowledge of a house and all its intracises is truly amazing . As he advertises , his inspection is truly an education in housing 101 . He puts you at ease with his philosophy that there is no such thing as a dumb question . His report is thorough and easy to understand containing actual picture of his concerns. He also has a very cool ladder .

    30day Home Inspection

    Michael and his team is highly recommended! Michael & Chris (trainee) were very punctual. In fact an hr early for our scheduled apppointment. Michael was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had. He and Chris were very thorough throughout the inspection not missing a single square foot. They also got down and dirty and inspected the attic and Michael even cleaned up the residue left behind from opening the attic. I received the report from Michael in just a few hours after the inspection. Now that is service at its greatest! Thanks Michael and I'll be sure to refer you to my future neighbours.

    Home Inspection

    We are recently decided to put an offer on the property in Georgetown. I called 4sight on last Friday and Michael arranged appointment for me on Saturday. Unfortunately, my agent was not free (barely he will be free). Michael rearranged new appointment for me at our convenience time. I am really pleased with his politeness and service mind. During house inspection, he walked through with my husband and pointed out where and what? Rob was our inspector and we found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable. The report was very details and clear. It helps us made a decision better. I would recommend 4sight to everyone.

    Home Inspection

    We are recently retired and are looking at options should we decide to sell our home. After checking around for a home inspector we chose 4Sight Home Inspections. Michael was our inspector and he arrived bang on time. We found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made a number of suggestions which found very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend 4Sight Home Inspections.

    House Inspection

    Michael inspected our post purchase house, he was extremely knowledgeable, punctual and detailed. His report was very comprehensive yet it was submitted within few hours of inspection. His friendly and approachable personality made it really easy to ask a lot of questions during inspection. Thanks Michael for a professional and details inspection.

    Home Inspection in Burlington

    Michael performed a post purchase home inspection for us on June 18, 2016. His work was thorough and he took the time to explain key issues will allowing for many questions during the process. The inspection gave us a good sense of the immediate action items. Michael made the process very pleasant and worry free. Thanks for the great work.

    Home inspection

    Michael inspected the home that we are buying and provided detailed information about the condition. He helped identify lots of the issues, major or minor issues. He gave us a great report with a timeline to fix everything he found.
