    home inspection

    Our inspection is done by Michael .He is really good in his services and very informative . The report is also very detailed. This is our first home buying so now after the inspection( with the thermal camera also)we are pretty much confident to go ahead with the purchase. I would definitely recommend him for the home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Rob Chaine did a home inspection on a condo I recently purchased. He was very thorough, focused and took him time to be sure that he didn't miss anything. Rob was very pleasant and helpful. When the inspection was complete, he explained in full detail his findings. He answered all questions I had. I would definitely recommend him.

    Home inspection

    Going to buy an older house and we want to make sure there is no serious problem on it before we go ahead. Michael and Christ did a great job. They took very detail inspection at each piece of the house for approximately 3 hours. Marked down all things with problem no matter they are big or small and list out some major things which need to be done as soon as possible at the end. Furthermore, they focused on some specific items on top of our concern list and answer our question with patience. Thank you for your professional services to make us be confident on choosing our new home. I would strongly recommend them to my friends.

    Steve Blayney BEST Home Inspector Ever!

    Hello! This review is long over due as I have hired Steve Blanely to inspect our home twice- just to show how happy my husband and I were with his first inspection! Steve is very pleasant to have in your home and always arrives with a big smile. He thoroughly explains everything he is doing along the way, that my boys and I learned a lot about our house form him! He is very knowledgeable with everything from the roof to the foundation. He was able to spot for us many issues in the house that we had the landlord fix before our closing date. He also provided us with a thorough report which was very clear and easy to understand. Even after the inspection was over, he promptly answers all my calls and my emails. Recently, after he finished the home inspection on my second house that i had inspected by him, I emailed him with a concern. He called me right away and came to my house to fix the issue. I was very impressed! While he was there, I asked him about the heat, and he helped me fixed that too! On his way out, I asked how much I owe him, and he even refused to charge me for any house call he made after the inspection was over! He is a man of principle and is extremely helpful and kind. Words cannot express how happy we are with his work- he is definitely a God-send! I recommend him to all my family and friends. Good job Steve and keep up the great work you do!! Sincerely, Dania.

    BEST HOME INSPECTION I'VE EVER WITNESSED!

    Friday morning, 10AM sharp, Rob Chaine greeted me with a warm welcome that made me feel like a friend, not a customer. His professionalism and knowledge, far exceeded my expectations and I am still blown away about this experience. Never in my life have I experienced service like I did yesterday, never! This is the second time I have purchased a home with inspection and I was present on two other occasions. Coming from a man who is extremely sceptical and has high standards, may I repeat, never in my like have I experienced service like I did from Rob and 4Sight Inspections! Rob was extremely thorough, explained concerns and findings right to the point and before we parted, gave me a recap of the inspection and things to pay attention to in my report which I received in just a few hours after the inspection. Now the report, I must have called every family member and friend after this experience to praise the service I just received and then the report came. Wow....WOW! If you are looking for a home inspector and research online like I did and see you will be given a hand written report of the findings, FORGET ABOUT IT! I'm getting this baby hard bound and keeping it on my coffee table! I was like an exciting child reading my favourite how to picture book! Thank you Rob, you were amazing and I am forever grateful.     Excellent Pre-purchase Home Inspection

    Michael did an amazing job with our home inspection. He proved to be very punctual and he was ready to go as soon as he arrived. Right off the bat, he made it clear to me that he would have no problem with communicating to me as the buyer. He made me feel comfortable asking questions, inviting me to follow him through every stage of the inspection. No question was turned away and he took the time to explain his observations. He was very thorough in his procedure; he followed a good plan that started on the outside and took us through almost every inch of the house. He worked at a steady, professional pace and it did not feel as if he rushed through any part of the inspection. Even at the booking stage, he patiently listened to our requests and accommodated our strict dates and times. The report, which was as thorough and clear as his service, was sent to us very promptly after the inspection and it offered very informative explanations of various aspects of the home. We would definitely recommend Michael and his staff to anyone who would like a professional, friendly and thorough home inspection.

    Condo home inspection

    Rob was my inspector and he was great. This was my first home purchase and he taught me a bunch of stuff about a condo that I would've never known otherwise. He was prompt, thorough, friendly and meticulous. My realtor liked him a lot as well. Would definitely recommend 4sight to anyone needing an inspection.

    THERMAL HOME INSPECTION

    Rob from Homestars came to my 2-storey home to check on the heating and cooling effectiveness of our home. He took me through the whole house and answered all of my questions. He also provided a very detailed report that instructed me on what to do to improve my home.

    Home Inspection

    As first time home buyers Steve made us feel extremely comfortable and walked us through everything. Very knowledgeable and professional.     Home Inspections Services

    Convenient bookings through Michael, very professional and courteous. Michael himself was booked so he sent Steve, one of his two home inspectors. Steve was accompanied by Chris who was shadowing Steve. Steve was awesome! Went through the house thoroughly which took about 2-3 hours. He is very practical in the sense he is not going to blow a small issue out of proportion. Realistic in letting you know what this would be considered preventive and what work could possibly arise in the near future. After Steve went through the house he took me through each and everything. I was also provided with a thorough report of all relevant findings. Great service and good people to work with!
