    Home inspection

    We had a great experience with Rob. We needed a home inspection very quickly and he was able to accommodate our needs. Although we were not able to be present during the inspection, his review was detailed and thorough. He came recommended by our real estate agent and I would certainly recommend him to others !

    Thorough, professional and educational

    Rob Chaine, who is a very thorough home inspector had made his way over to inspect a prospecting house. His indepth approach to look at building materials, handiwork and identify problematic issues such as crucial matters concerning insurable matters, foundation, electrical, heating, ventilation, attic structures, brickwork has saved us more than we would dream of! I cannot thank 4sight inspections Inc to have even given us their time just hours ahead of the inspection all in an extremely well mannered approach. He answered all my questions and educated me to look into countless areas of concern. I know today we live in a "now" mentality and this line of work what 4sight inspections inc provided surpassed and even left me with eagerness to hire them again for my future properties! Rob Chaine was aery throrough and kind guy which speaks volumes of them going above and beyond the requirements. He served my interests only and not the homeowners, he was quick to point out critical areas of concern with his sharp eyes. I hope your company standard continue to superceed and to continue to thrive and be the best in Canada! This is the kind of company which is what stands for Canadian values and standards.     Thorough home inspection with thermal imaging

    I recently hired 4Sight to do a home inspection on a house we were considering purchasing. I went with them because of high ratings on Homestars and the fact that thermal imaging was included in the base price. They sent Rob Chain, who I found to be very friendly, informative and helpful. He did not but any corners. He took me through the entire house and discussed everything that he was looking at and evaluating. I really got the feeling that he was not rushing anything, we were there for almost 3 hours. We felt more secure putting an offer in on the house after Rob's inspection. I have already been recommending Rob and 4Sight to a few people. Invoice number: 2985

    Home inspection

    very trough home inspection, professional service . Mike did a professional inspection in all aspects of the condo unit I was buying. From Electrical to the attics, plumbing, Heating and cooling.

    Home Inspection

    I am a first time homeowner and this was my first time to get a home inspection service. I was extremely satisfied and happy with Michael and Rob's service. They were punctual, thorough and very professional throughout the service. I was well informed in advance about what to expect in terms of what is covered in the service and what they cannot inspect or comment on. I received a detailed report with proper pictures, information and recommendations regarding the condition of the house. They were very polite and honest in answering my questions as well. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks guys! :)

    First time home buying inspection

    Michael visited our house at the day and time of inspections, in fact a little early and did all home inspections, and he walked through with us to explain and answer any questions we had and he was very professional and polite when communicating to us. I found his attention to detail and he took time to look at everything very closely to find any defects and repairs needed in the house and gave us suggestions as well. It was our first home buying so we had a lot of questions to ask and he answered everything best at his knowledge and it was all very helpful. I do recommend Michael for any home inspections due to his professional skills, knowledge and experience. Thank you Michael.

    First Time Home Owners Home Inspection

    Thank you Chris and Steve for servicing Barrie and thank you for being available to us the in less than 12 hours of our call!! Amazing bank for buck with this report. It gave us piece of mind as first time home buyers that no house is perfect and some work is involved but at the same time reinforced that we are making a solid investment. This home inspection was the first step in making our house into our home. Chris and Steve followed guidelines and the main thing I would say is thank you for letting us enjoy our time at the house and doing such a professional and thoroughly home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Mike was great, he showed up on time, early in fact, and started working away right away. He was thorough and was fine with me shadowing him while asking questions to ensure I understood the house and any deficiencies.

    Buying home inspection - Michael Mischke

    Michael Mischke is very professional for my new home inspection today. I cannot expect more as a professional inspector. He is up to very important points. I have many clients and friends, I will recommend Michael to them, 100% sure.
