    Stacked townhouse home inspection

    Mike was a fantastic inspector, for my first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable and explained findings in a transparent and simplified manner. Great use of technology and for the reporting. We used it to successfully recover costs from the seller for the fixes. Thank you Mike.

    home inspection

    We had a home inspection done by Mike because wanted to know of the condition of the home and what repairs might be needed. Mike did a full inspection and used the infrared red light to check for cold or warm spots which we were really interested in learning about. He gave a good report and pictures to describe what he found and when things should be fixed. It was very helpful in deciding if we should follow through with the purchase of the property.

    House Inspection

    I called Michael at around 9pm in the night to schedule a house inspection for the next morning, and I asked for the report to be sent to me by 7pm the same day for inspection. I appreciate Michael arranging Steve to conduct the inspection under such short notice. Steve and Chris spent 3 hours doing the inspection, they started from the outside of the house, checked doors, windows, walls, the front and back yard, roof. Then they got in the house and spent a long time in the basement checking wires, furnace, floor , reviewing potential or past leaking. They also reviewed stairs, kitchen, washrooms, windows, doors and attic. Along the inspection, they explained what they were doing and what they were seeing and provided suggestions. I have learnt a lot on the house and I recommend people doing inspection for your own home so that you can better maintain it.

    Inspected a home

    My wife and I, being new in purchasing a house were skeptic on the house we planned to buy. Our realtor, suggested 4Sight since he's been using them in all home inspections and trusted them as well with their professionalism. I was not there during the day of inspection but our realtor, who's a good friend and my wife was there and saw the way Steve conducted his job. He was thorough in his inspections and new what he was doing, checking every nook and cranny and giving his knowledgeable advise. Certainly we will refer them to our friends and colleagues for their service.

    Home inspection

    Update - During Michael's inspection he found some areas of concern with the property we were purchasing. We were thankful that he was honest and didn't hold back from pointing out these areas. He advised us on how to investigate them further and that knowledge helped us feel confident purchasing a house that will need a little love. We were referred to 4Sight by our realtor and we couldn't be more happy with their service. The inspectors were personable, thorough and answers all of our questions clearly. Highly recommended!

    Detached House Inspecting

    The related professional knowledge on building maintenance was delivered to home owner accurately when inspecting the house. We'd really appreciate to the great work and will introduce more friends/colleagues around to the service of the great company!

    New Home Inspection

    Home inspection pre purchase

    I conditionally purchased a home, living area of the house was 10+ picture perfect !! with efficient home inspection by Michael, he found MOLD in the attic ! Due to health condition we declined the purchase. Great lesson, get a good home inspection by a professional. Thank you Michael for efficiency, professionalism.

    Indira, thank you. There are times when you find the picture perfect house but there are things that can be lurking in areas you wouldn't think to check. Mold is never good but can be remediated and everything restored back to new but it is always up to the person buying if they are comfortable with the repairs that are necessary.     Home inspection

    Michael and Rob arrived on time for the home inspection. They introduced themselves and started the inspection on the exterior of the house and move on to the interior of the house. Both my husband and I were very impressed with their professional service and the thoroughness of the inspection. They patiently answered all our questions and suggested wise and affordable solutions for some of the areas that require work. Also, the inspection report was sent to us after a couple of hours on the day of inspection and it is as detailed as it could be. It was an excellent learning experience for us (1st time home buyers) and it was worth every single penny! We will definitely go back to 4sight inspection for future inspection needs. Thank you!
