I have had many occasions where a pre-listing report was done by another inspection company and I have found major issues not listed on the report. Like any other profession there are good and bad home inspectors and I believe most try to do a good job. I don't believe in just doing a good job, however. Everyone on the 4Sight team including me is required to do an excellent job and always go above and beyond.
