    Home Inspection for a first time buyer.

    Michael was on time and very well equipped to inspect the house. I was in a position where the real estate agent was acting for the buyer and the seller. Michael made sure to give us all the facts and saved us from buying a home that would be very costly to bring up the right standard. I will recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    We had a home inspection done for our new home. Steve was absolutely superb. We were so impressed with the amount of detail he inspected with regard to the home. He explained things thoroughly to us so that we would know how to maintain the property and look after any of the items he brought to our attention. We have had previous home inspections done for our previous homes but none have been up to this standard. We are so thankful we found this company and will highly recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.

    PDI (second opinion)

    We arranged to have Mike attend our PDI with our builder to ensure that we found all of the defects. Initially the builder's representative seemed confrontational but Mike handled it like a pro. He worked around us and presented his findings/observations to us later on. The builder's rep was appreciative of Mike's approach and thanked him for his professionalism. If you need a home inspection, you'd certainly be in good hands with 4Sight.

    Thank you very much fourthandgoal :). Builders can sometimes be difficult when a home inspector shows up for a PDI. My job is to keep them honest, after all, and they don't always appreciate that. I do like to ensure, however, that you are happy with the end result so it is always best to allow you to work with the builder while I work independently and give you the results afterwards. This way the builder does not feel I am in his face or "trashing" their build. It always seems to work out well that way. Anyway, I thank you again for taking the time to post a review here.     Home Inspection Alma

    We had Michael do an inspection on a house we are hoping to purchase today. He was very helpful. He let us know all the issues with the house and told us what ones are a priority and which ones can wait. He was great and I would recommend 4Sight to anyone looking for a home inspection.

    Four Point Home Inspection

    Michael from 4Sight Inspections was more than we could ask for. He went out of his way to help save an inspection date/time rather than us booking through the website. He was very knowledgeable and kind, just a pleasure to work with during a stressful time. He was very observant and pointed out areas that needed attention, even if it wasn't his main focus. I will be recommending him to our friends and family. Truly recommended!!!

    Home Inspection

    Michael was on time and well prepared to inspect the home. He was thorough in the inspection. As well as this he was realistic on problems found. The digital copy of the inspection was delivered within 20 minutes of departure.

    Home Inspection

    Our experience with 4Sight was fantastic. We first chose 4Sight based on research and reviews, and they most certainly did not disappoint. We've had a home inspection done in the past and I loved 4Sights professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. Steve arrived early and was able to get started on the exterior before rain was expected. He was geared and ready to go even before my Husband and I arrived. We admire his punctuality. While conducting the inspection we were welcomed to accompany him and ask questions as needed. He was very professional and informative, pointing out concerns and suggestions as he went through the home. Even the piece of mind they give by extending their services beyond just the inspection is admirable. They are only a phone call away for any questions, advice or just to bounce ideas off of. We feel even better about our home decision after the inspection and we most certainly will be using their services in the future. Well done.

    Informative and educational

    Steve had conducted the home inspection in a very professional and thorough manner. I was with him the whole time of the service and found it very informative and educational to learn some things that a homeowner should look into and forward to on the house; may it be structurally, mechanically, thermally... basically the whole house envelope. I would definitely hire them again, not only for myself but for future recommendations. Thanks guys. Excellent job.

    Home Inspection

    My wife and I used Michael / 4Sight Inspections Inc. for the Home Inspection of a resale home we're looking to buy in Ajax. It was my wife that found Michael and I had no interaction with him prior to the day of the Home Inspection. It didn't take long to warm up to him not only because of his easy going demeanor, but more so because every step of the way he was educating us. He helped us understand areas of potential issue in the future and steps we could take to mitigate the problem. I was so at ease with him that it got to the point where I started chatting more with the current owners of the home rather than following Michael throughout the house because I trusted his professionalism and thoroughness. Even more so, I was extremely pleased with a comment my wife shared while I was busy chatting with the owners. Michael went into the attic and when his review was completed, he vacuumed the little bit of dust / dirt that he created and told my wife he always likes to leave the home in the same state that he found it. So he was great not only with us but to the owners of the home. I'd definitely recommend using 4Sight Inspections Inc. for your Home Inspection.     Home inspection

    I hired Michael earlier this year and was really impressed with his inspection. Now that my wife and I have been in the house for several months we started noticing things that were not in the report. At first it was small things like dripping pipes which I understand are minor. The on site experience was good

    Jeff, I am sorry but I cannot find a record of Jeff in Milton to look at your report, however, if you look in your report you will see in the limitations for heating that we cannot access the heat exchange unit to see if there is any rust or cracks. Depending on the age of the unit we will often recommend the heat exchange unit be scoped by a licensed technician but I don't know which report yours is so I cannot see that. As for the vent pipe each and every vent is always carefully checked for cracks, splits, broken joints and backdrafting due to the carbon monoxide issues that can arise from these. This is part of the process for any water heater and furnace in the home. I would ask if you could please call me so I can open your report and go through the details of this and discuss the issues.
