    Tarion 30 Day Inspection

    Michael performed our inspection as part of our Tarion 30 Day Warranty process. He was punctual, professional and detailed. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to both show potential issues and explain the potential implications. I wanted to personally thank Michael for the inspection.

    Professional, Friendly, Knowledgeable

    Michael did a home inspection for a property we were interested in. He was very professional. He had all the gadgets and things he needed well prepared and on hand. He was friendly and chatted with us along the way, provided examples and explained what he was doing. We learned a lot walking through the house with him. He was very willing to share information and provide solutions. Would recommend him and if we had to do another home inspection, we will call 4sight Home Inspection for Michael again.

    Condominium Inspection

    Mr. Mischke inspected a condo unit we had a conditional offer on; He did an amazing job ensuring the plumbing and electrical equipment was in working order. The thermal detector he used was also able to detect an active water leak which would have been hard to spot otherwise. Moreover he was entertained the plethora of silly questions we had for him about how various electronics work. I'd recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much !

    home inspection

    Michael offered the best service ever with professionalism, ethics and genuine implementation of procedures. He was through, friendly, communicative and supportive. I have a detailed report with oral explanation about all of the issues according to their level of severity. Thank you Michael.

    Home Inspection

    A pleasure dealing with Michael. Extremely thorough, methodical and educational. As a first time home buyer, Michael was very patient with all of my questions, and made me feel very much a part of the process. The tools and technology he used were current. Within 30 min of the completed inspection, the detailed PDF report was emailed. A great, smooth experience overall! Highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    We have had many home inspection done over the years on Rentals and residences. Michael so far has been the best! Very professional and punctual. This was a very important inspection for us for many reasons and Michael pleased us immensely. Past inspections the inspector seemed like he or she was on a time restriction and would quickly wiz through the property, with what we thought was a lack of care. Michael was the first that we truly felt took his time and wanted to help us and went over every inch of the home. Thank you Michael and we will be sure to use you again on future properties.

    House Inspection

    4Sight Inspections Inc was top notch. Michael was extremely thorough when inspecting the home. He never rushed any part of the inspection and gave us extremely honest answers regarding all of the good and not so good qualities he found in the home. He was concise, and to the point about what needed to be changed in the house. Michael was also kind enough to give us options regarding a larger problem that would need to be solved in the home.

    Home Inspection - Mississauga

    I am very happy about the service I received from Steve at 4sight- inspections inc. He is very detailed oriented in the way he inspects a house. He made sure all of my questions were answered when he was conduction the house inspection. He also would show me potential problems that existed and also went through pressing issues that I should deal with APSP if I was to purchase the property. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Definitely would call Steve again.

    House Inspection

    We were very happy with the house inspection provided by 4Sight Inspections. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us. He made sure that he explained what he was doing and what his observations were. This was very helpful as we are first time home buyers.     Pre-Purchase Home inspection

    IF you want a real home inspector who works for you and not your agent, you call Steve. I hired Steve again to inspect my 2nd property in the same day!. The one thing I like about Steve is the ability to scheduled me in the last moment. Steve also brought another inspector he was training name Rob. So I got a 2 for 1 deal. 2 inspectors combing the house with twice as much detail. I look forward to working with Steve or Rob in the future. Great work guys!. It is hard to get good home inspectors who is willing to go as far as Kitchener.. hahaha.
