Ducky's was professional and extremely thorough. They did a great job and did a wonderful job leaving the original area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Already had one plumber in who charged but said drain was still plugged. Called Ducky's - worked for 1/2 hour, advised drain was open but watch it and call if happened again. Did not charge for service. Great service, quick response, wonderful personnel, their company is definitely on my to-call list for the future. Thank you.

I have called Ducky's Drains twice now - first time to have shut-off valves installed when I did a countertop reno and second time when I needed help finishing off a faucet install. There are some things you should just not do yourself!! Fast, personable and excellent work/service is what you will get and I would not hesitate to call again!!

As a woman, I am nervous about getting taken advantage of by unscrupulous trades people (much like buying cars). So when I had to call someone about the leaky kitchen faucet, I scoured the internet for reviews. I feel without a doubt that I made the right decision in calling Ducky's first. From start to finish, they made me feel at ease with their professionalism. Highly recommend and they will be my go-to from now on! FYI, I don't usually bother leaving reviews unless I feel strongly one way or another.

This is a very busy company. It took a couple of weeks, but he came all the way to Cochrane and quickly determined we needed a new faucet. Andy recommended other companies to come and do the install, but I liked dealing with Ducky's so much, that I didn't want to call anyone else. Unfortunately, when the faucet arrived, I was told it would be another 2 weeks, and possibly longer as they were busy & expecting a new little one. Congratulations!

Now I see the hype!! I wanted to see for myself what a 10 star plumbing company looks like. From the moment I called and book the service appointment till the time this job was complete they are without a doubt the best pumping company I have ever worked with. Andy and his wife were fantastic from The get go. Andy even spent time with me to improve my winterizing techniques. Now I see why you have 10 stars Thank you guys!!!

We had such a great experience. Could not believe how awesome Andy from Ducky's Drains is! We had a plumbing issue Sunday night at 11pm and he came right over. Was up on our roof and scoped our plumbing all the way to the road. He found the obstruction, determined it was not an imminent threat to our system and set up a time to come back and get it removed. Took him a few hours to get the piece out of our stack and he had to remove a few sections to do so. Also replaced a section of line that was showing some wear. For ALL of that INCLUDING the emergency call on a Sunday night it was under $450. Quality work and amazing price. Andy will be our plumber forever. We have him permanently added to our contacts. We both work in sales and have constant contact with new and "old" Calgarians and will recommend him to everyone we talk to.

Andrew was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Used his camera to find exactly where the problem was under the basement floor. Had to take up ceramic tile off the floor. You'd never know it was taken up. He didn't even crack the tile. Was able to place it back in same spot. No jack hammering required! Totally impressive!! House was completely clean. He took all garbage with him. You wouldn't know we even had work done. Only charged for the time he was there working. Honest & Affordable rates. I wouldn't hesitate to use Andrew again should the need arise.
