andy replaced two hose bibs for us. he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. this is the only company i've dealt with that charges only for the time it took to do the job (and not for the full hour even though it only took half an hour). i'm very impressed with all aspects of the service. i would definitely consider them for future work and highly recommend to others.

We can not say enough good things about Ducky's Drains! We had a major issue with our hot water tank that was only 5 years old. Called Andy and he was able to come out and take a look, turns out the tank needed to be replaced he did it quick and was able to get the tank cost covered under warranty! Over all great experience and Ducky's is the only plumber we would call!

This work was performed in Airdrie. They were fast, responsive and very reasonable in price for the service. I will certainly use them again, if I ever require any further service. I would also recommend them without hesitation.

I had a leak in the waste water drain pipe in my basement and was terrified my basement floor would have to be dug up. Andrew came over and inspected everything with his drain camera and thankfully determined it was a seal above ground that had perished. Andrew cleaned the pipe and resealed the joint now everything is fine. I was extremely happy with the service Andrew provided, very thorough, efficient and clean, you would never know anyone had been in. I would have no hesitation in using Andrew again or to recomend him to friends (which I already have done). Thanks again Andrew great job.

Excellent service from Andy at Ducky's Drains. Andy installed the new hot water tank which we had purchased at Home Depot. Andy takes pride in his work. He laid down drop sheets to keep the floor clean when he hauled out the old tank. He took the extra time to clean out a slow drain for our bathtub. And he price was great! We had an urgent plumbing situation involving sewer backup. Andy, from Ducky’s Drains, was exceptional throughout the entire process. Since we are living in an older house, the work to be done also needed a tradesman to rip up the flooring. Andy communicated with our tradesman to ensure their work was coordinated and as efficient as possible. He calmly and expertly took us through every step of what turned out to be a difficult job. Andy is personable, has high integrity, is conscientious and has high expertise and craftsmanship. To top it off, the cost was much lower than we had anticipated. Andy from Ducky's drain came over to (1) install a new sink and faucet (2) put in a new water tank (3) fix a leaky faucet. I am very satisfied with the work he did. He worked relatively quickly and it was apparent to me that he takes a lot of pride in his work. For the sink and faucet, Andy had to cut out a bigger whole in the counter. After he was done, he used his own vacuum to clean the area. I also appreciated how he put down large pieces of cloth on the ground to not get the floors dirty as he walked around the house. My house came with two water tanks where only one was working. Before putting in the new water tank, Andy removed both old tanks from the basement and reworked some of the venting in the furnace room. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend going with Ducky's Drains. RC

Used Andy of Ducky's again last weekend to deal with recurring roots issue. Again, he was on time (Sunday evening when most would not come out), did a fantastic job and provided all the details including a plan to address proactively and avoid costs or weekend emergency call.
