My kitchen sink decided that it would start to leak and when I talked to friends the first person they recommended was Ducky's Drains. I decided to try them and I was blown away with the phenomenal service that Andy and Manon provide. From the moment that I phoned, Manon was friendly and was able to schedule Andy to get in and review the problem. He arrived on time, covered the area to protect it and was able to isolate the leak. Unfortunately, or should I say fortunately the kitchen faucet was unable to be repaired so my wife was able to get the new faucet that she dreamed of! Andy and Manon were patient with us in getting the new faucet and we then scheduled him to come back and install it. Again he arrived on time and was very courteous about the house, he made sure that everything was working properly and asked us to check it in 24 hours to ensure nothing changed. As for the bathroom shower fix, he was able to do this with the same efficiency, skill and professionalism as the kitchen. I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I would highly recommend Andy and Manon for any plumbing needs that you have.

I have used Duckys Drains for my plumbing services for the past year and always been thrilled with their service. So it was easy for me to recommend them when my Dad needed his basement drain cleared. The courteous customer service provided by Manon to set up the call plus the knowledgeable work by and persistence by Andrew to clear the drain was exception. I would not hesitate to call them again and will definitely recommend Duckys Drains to others. Thank you for taking care of my Dad.

For years we have had a mystery leak from an upstairs bathroom. Others have tried to diagnose it and failed. It became a major leak and soaked the ceiling below. Andy from Ducky's Drains responded immediately. I sent him pictures, he came the next day and began the diagnosis. It was a tricky issue, but he kindly came as much as was required to find not one, but several issues that needed to be addressed. We are so impressed with the service and kindliness of both Andy and his wife Manon (who handles the scheduling). Their rates are beyond reasonable. In the past I have paid double for much poorer service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Best service experience in a long time - got 3 issues fixed in 30 min, at a reasonable price. Huge stress relieved! My family just moved into a rental house a few weeks ago, and it turned out that there were some plumbing issues: 1 of the 2 toilets was severely clogged; water kept running non-stop from a water tank of another toilet; one of the bathrooms sinks made disgusting gurgling noises when water was running in it. And all this on a weekend morning. Called several plumbing companies; most of them didn't even answer. Left a few messages - got no call back (even when work week began). Spoke to one plumber and was shocked at horrific prices quoted, and then almost doubled because of a "weekend rate". Called Ducky's Drains - it was before 8 am and didn't expect an answer as website indicated they were closed till 8. Did not leave a message - and was pleasantly surprised when received a call back from Andy within 5 minutes. What a proactive approach! After explaining my situation and gathering fee information I felt rather reassured by the professional approach and politeness of Andy and his wife. Arranged for a visit for the same day. Andy arrived and cleared the clogs in the toilet and a sink, fixed the water tank in another toilet. ALL this in 30 minutes. He was very efficient and I sincerely appreciate that he took my concerns close to heart and was not "dragging his feet". I was charged for only 1/2 hour, and Andy could easily process the payment on my Credit Card, emailed be the receipt and some pictures of the fixings done (in case I need them for the landlord). Very considerate service. On top of that, Andy gave some other advice regarding other things in the house. Thank you very much, Andy! I will recommend Ducky's Drains to everyone.

We required a bypass valve for our irrigation system & Ducky's was recommended to us by another tradesman. We were so happy to have contacted the company. Andy was prompt, personable & very knowledgeable. We will gladly recommend him to others requiring a plumber. As a matter of fact we were able to refer him to a relative the very next day & she too was most impressed.

Andrew was very professional and friendly. Had some issues with the kitchen sink leaking a couple days after the service. He came back and fixed the issue with no extra charge. Very grateful and professional. Would and will recommend to friends in need of a plumber.

From the moment that I phoned Ducky Drain I was shown professionalism and respect. I had baby wash clothes sick in my tub drain and had been unable to bath my kids. Andrew came out and efficiently got the drain unplugged although it was not an easy task. His expertise, honesty, friendliness to myself my children and affordability made a frustrating ordeal for me far less stressful. I would very highly recommend their services to anyone and wouldn't think of hiring another company but them for any future plumbing needs.

Super awesome company!! My wife and I freaked out when we saw water stain on our ceiling. Monan booked us in for the same day and Andy took care of the drain issue. Andy covered the floor really well so that he could keep surrounding clean for our 2 yr old son. Up front pricing and very affordable. I can count on Ducky's service if anything happens next time. Strongly recommended!!!!!

I can honestly not say enough good things about Ducky's Drain, we have had them out multiple times to fix common issues with our plumbing as well as to fix work performed by other Plumbing companies in Calgary before we found Ducky's. Prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. Always able to get us in and accommodating to our schedules. At this point we would be comfortable leaving them a key with instructions to fix what needs to be fixed, trusting their judgment to do the job right and fairly priced. Thanks Ducky's!!

Had a main sewer back up...called Ducky's and they were quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. Not the first time we've used Andy and definitely not the last! He is my go to plumber!
