    Sewer Line Blocked

    My main sewer line was overflowing, and so I called Ducky's because I had seen good reviews online. They were quick to get back to me, and I was able to book an appointment quickly. When Andy came over, he found a clay blockage that he thought might be a broken sewer main pipe, and suggested we call the city to see if the break was in their section of pipe. Even though his job was done and paid for, Andy called a couple days later to check in on me, and see how everything had gone. The city had given a different diagnosis than what Andy thought, so he volunteered to come back on his own time to do a video review and make sure nothing was missed. I was very impressed with his follow through, and willingness to make sure that we had all the information needed about the line. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and I would definitely use Ducky's again.

    Sewer line clogged with tree roots

    After reading the reviews on Homestars I called Ducky's Drains in regards to a clogged sewer line. Andy came out that day and fixed the problem in about an hour. He was personable, professional and honest. A pleasure to deal with and will definitely recommend this company.

    Suspected main drain backup

    We had what I thought was a clogged main sewer line so after reading some reviews I decided to give Ducky's a call. Andy was at my house on time and soon after informed me that it was just a gunked up trap that was causing us grief and not the sewer line. He showed me video of the main line all the way to the city connection and then proceeded to clean out the trap. So for the price of the trap clean out Andy basically threw in a peace of mind inspection. I highly recommend Ducky's and will be calling them next time I need a plumber.

    Sewer Drain

    We had a concern about our drain condition and made a call to Ducky's Drains. Manon set us up quickly for a service call and Andy was terrific. Arrived on time, was well equipped and did a thorough job, provided us with peace of mind regarding our line and all at a reasonable price. You could not ask for better service. Will definitely count on Ducky's in the future if needed.

    Basement Backup

    We were experiencing issues with backup in our basement washroom. Ducky's was quick to responded to our inquiry, booked us within a reasonable timeframe, and completed the service to our satisfaction. Will definitely us them again in the future.

    Drains cleaning

    I usually don't post reviews online, but felt I had to in this case (very cliche from my part, I know). Great company to deal with. Manon was very nice and helpful over the phone, scheduled me right away. Andy was right on schedule for the work, very professional and easy to deal with. The price was great. Just went with the reviews online, glad I did. I highly recommend Ducky's !!

    Sewer Line plugged

    Ducky's came about 2 hours after phoning them, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and didn't overcharge (did it using their fixed rate). What's better than fast and inexpensive? Would recommend them.

    Honest, Professional and on Time!!

    Awesome workmanship, prompt service, on time, and very reasonably priced!! I had two leaks fixed, one toilet and one tap repaired today for $163, which was 1/10th of the price I received from another local company!! There is no question that I will recommend Ducky's Drains. Such a relief after the waste of time and money spent yesterday on the other plumber. I wish I would have called Ducky's Drains first. I will definitely call for any future work!

    Brilliant Service

    Experiencing low pressure issues in our house and called Ducky's after some online research. The first thing they did before coming out was explain the potential culprits. One being a city issue and then calling the City should be our first step. I truly appreciated knowing this prior to booking. We booked and when Andy came out it turned out to be a quick fix and we were only charged the callout rate. Once again, this was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to contact Ducky's Drains again and will be recommending to all my friends and family! VERY impressed!

    Lots of roots!

    Our main drain backed up causing a big mess in our basement. I called Ducky's first thing in the morning and Andy was able to come out later in the afternoon. He found a ton of roots in our pipes and managed to cut them all out. We will definitely call Ducky's again in order to keep on top of the root situation!
